Chef Dominic prepares delicious dishes using ingredients from his own garden and trusted local farms. He bakes his own variety of breads, makes his own butter; you won’t find meals prepared with such care and attention to detail from ingredients to presentation. Every recipe I’ve ever tasted at Amuse has been delightful, and I have learned that I love some foods I used to think I disliked. We have enjoyed meals there many times now, always interested to see the changing menu amidst our favorites. We highly recommend Amuse, especially to vegetarian diets View menu

We arrived at Muse and to our sunrise the restaurant is a Deli by DAY and Muse Restaurant by night. We were a bit skeptical but we were tired from a long day. We were greeted by the owner and he sat us outside on a pleasant summer evening. Our waitress greeted us and was most personable. We read the menu and selected a bunch of Small plates to share. We had the beef meatballs (great! lamb meatballs, artichokes, lamb chops, some greek eggplant based dish and more. It turned out to be a wonderful meal, healthy and not too filling. We will visit again when next in Saratoga

What a great find! Everything wonderful from the service to the radicchio with bleu cheese appetizer to the cod stew to the eggplant cazuela to the bread basket. Dominick, the owner was very gracious and took the time to talk with us. So flavorful and portions were generous! Grateful that the main dishes came in sizes. The small portions were large enough to give my husband and I a substantial taste of each dish. We wish we had had friends with us to be able to try more things! Very pleasant atmosphere in an alley off Broadway. We sat outside. There was indoor seating as well

After an incredible first experience dining at Amuse a few months ago, I eagerly anticipated this second visit. As with my first visit, I left immensely impressed with the chef’s command of flavor and cooking technique, as well as the attention to detail demonstrated by the artful plating The menu is arranged with one-size small plates and flexible-size large plates, such that one can have the large-plate meal in a “half-size” format.
