"Do people actually like this place? They have no idea what they are doing!I used Doordash to order them. Let me tell you it is the worst $70 order I have ever ordered. We ordered a chicken sandwich, chicken tenders, a margherita pizza, and a FRESH canoli. The chicken sandwich was just chicken tenders on a bun. The chicken was bland. The sauces for the tenders tasted off. The margherita pizza wasn't even a margherita! It was a cheese pizza with tomato slices slapped on top! And I was not contacted because there was a substitution in my order. I got a bland, FROZEN cheesecake slice instead of the canoli. I was disappointed all around. I will never order again and will be sure to tell my friends and family to steer clear. Disgusting."

I was actually embarrassed for them. They're way out of their element trying to make the menu they offer with the cheapest ingredients they can find. If you want a sub, get port-o-subs. You'll get the same quality for half the price.

This restaurant used to be great, but the quality of the ingredients on the pizza has significantly declined. We also ordered garlic knots, but all we received were round pieces of tasteless dough with a sprinkle of parmesan on top. This will be the last time we dine here.

This place has not been the same since before covid.can't comment on the food cause can't seem to get any. Order online, go to pick up and they told me that doesn't work. No sorry just a 45 min wait to place order again. Dining room closed for so long. Just seems to be no sence of customer service View menu

We moved back to Vegas in 2017 and Angelina's was the go to place for really good pizza. We ordered one awhile back and noticed a difference in the dough, the sauce and the garlic knots. But we decided to give it another chance tonight. NEVER AGAIN! Stay from Angelina's on Charleston the pizza was cold and AWFUL???

Two of the four menu items on line on their website that we wanted they don't have anymore. When I ordered a stromboli the first person I spoke with didn't know what it was she asked if it was pasta. Had to get someone else to take the order. The stromboli although didn't taste bad crust was burnt. Called to tell them and I was put on hold for 3 minutes got so mad I just hung up. Will be a long time before we go back there.

I ordered on the website 35 dollars worth of pizza and when I went in to pick it up a guy told me that the website was down and they would refund me my money it’s been 2 weeks of constantly calling and nothing. Why are we able to place orders on the website if it doesn’t work ? Now I’m out 35 and didn’t even get pizza that day. I ordered a 20-piece chicken fingers with fries for $42 from this restaurant through UberEATS. However, when my food was delivered, there were no fries. I contacted UberEATS and they gave me a $5 credit. When I called the restaurant, it took five attempts before someone answered the phone and then I was put on hold for over 10 minutes. When they finally answered, I asked to speak to the manager but was told there was no manager on site. They then informed me that they didn't have a record of my order and placed me on hold again. I have now been on hold for a total of 20 minutes. The chances of me ordering from this place again are absolutely zero.

If I could, I would give this restaurant -1000 stars! The staff is incredibly rude, likely because they are young and lack proper professionalism. They will hang up on you if they don't like what you're saying and refuse to address any issues with their service. I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. It's a shame because it used to be a great spot to eat, but now it's just filled with childish behavior and rudeness. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different pizza place where the staff actually cares about customer satisfaction. I suggest Blaze Pizza, Pizza Hut, or Papa John's as better alternatives. Steer clear of this toxic establishment.

"I dined at Hugo's Cellar so you don't have to. Summary: Cons: Grossly Overpriced, Lack Lust Service, Kitschy 70s decor Pros: The Kitschy 70s decor I would say it was a worthwhile experience if it was about 40% cheaper. Anyone looking for a steakhouse experience could get a experience by every conceivable metric at one of the national chains on restaurant row e.g. del friscos, mortons, lawry's, ruth chris, flemings... You can get a MUCH better steak at almost any other steak house and probably for a better price. Also somehow the bread basket was surprising horrible. The highlight of the meal was the tableside bananas foster but that's probably because I'm a sucker for bananas foster. And as for service, you can tell most of the employee's hate their job or just don't care enough because all the guests are tourists who they'll never see again. Oh I doubt management reads these but we did have one latino server, forget his name, he's from cali, but anyway he was nice and he made a wonderful carajillo. Anyway, please take your wife or girlfriend to a nicer newer steak house and if you're out with the boys you'll have a much better meat eating experience almost anywhere else."

"Entry: We entered Oscar's via the front entrance of The Plaza at the West end of Fremont Street. Off to the left near the entrance is the escalator that leads you to their second floor. When we entered we were immediately greeted and seated by a friendly hostess. We requested a table with a view and she definitely obliged. Atmosphere:The ambience at Oscar's is about as good as you can get in downtown Las Vegas. Centered in a large and beautifully tinted glass dome you get panoramic views of downtown LV and even the sky. Service:The service was a spectacular star experience with our waiter. Our water and drinks were never empty. He was attentive, professional and friendly. Food Drink:The food was very good but not quite up to star. The Chilean Sea Bass was the full fish with skin which is quite different than how most steakhouses prepare just a single filet. It was supposed to be deboned however we found bones while eating. The skin on the filet should be crispy throughout but was only so around the edges. Definitely overpriced for the quality of this meal. The salmon was decent but not amazing. Overcooked just a smidge and not seasoned very well. So pretty much tasted like any other salmon you might expect from a or star restaurant. The filet mignon was decent but probably not even in my top The cut was more fatty than what you would expect from a high end steakhouse and not marbleized. I ordered it medium, and as many steakhouse chefs struggle with cooking a filet properly it was cooked to order on the edges and pretty much completely rare on the inside. The grilled asparagus was likely the high point of the dinner. Was cooked to perfection and tender in the middle, crispy on the edges. The creamed spinach wasn't great. The spinach was undercooked and affected the smooth consistency that you should expect from a good cream spinach.Overall:Definitely worth trying for the experience but don't set your bar too high"

"This particular Benihana location is one of the oldest in the world, being one of the first franchise stores. While this may not always be a positive thing, in this case it is fantastic. The restaurant has remained true to its original roots, with many long-term employees. The experience was wonderful, meeting all my expectations for a top-notch Benihana. This is not always the case in my recent experiences at Benihana locations in the Southwest (NV, CA) over the past two years. I have visited Benihana over 300 times in 30 years and found that the portions and quality remain consistent. Our Chef provided an excellent cooking experience. I highly recommend visiting this Benihana location in Vegas, especially if you are a local with a Westgate players card to take advantage of the Locals' Thursday special."

"On our last visit, we shared several cuts of meat among our group, and the staff was very helpful in guiding us through our choices. They expertly sliced the meats and presented them beautifully alongside the sides. The ribeye was predictably the most tender cut, while both the porterhouse and tomahawk were equally impressive. We also shared a couple of salads, which they kindly split for us, making serving easier. And I must mention, I had the best dirty martini I've ever tasted."
