"Was in Glendale for the weekend. Had the opportunity to eat at Porto's but decided to eat somewhere else and weren't disappointed. Lot of seating and it was busy on a Sunday morning. Only waited 15 mins for us to sit since my in law said she can use the stool instead of waiting for 30 mins for a regular table for nine guests. We ate all the dishes that we ordered (Not all pictured) except for the Chicken Sandwich (to go). Southern Chicken Sandwich (Fried) crispy, tender juicy chicken on a brioche bun. Amount and freshness of toppings (BLT, pickled onions and ranch dressing compliments well with the chicken. Traditional Day Starter two freshly scrambled eggs with tasty/delicious andouille sausage with a little kick to it. Crab Cake Benedict The Best Crab Cake Benedict I've ever had! jumbo, I mean jumbo crab cake topped with andouille infused hollandaise sauce. Perfectly poached egg the way I liked it. The fried potatoes lacks seasoning but the Cholula did the trick. Must to order! We were greeted upon entering and asked multiple times if we need anything. It was a Sunday so parking is not an issue during our dining experience. We're absolutely coming back!"

This place was super delicious. The waiter was very patient and gave good recommendations. The menu was slightly on the heavy side but everything was delicious. Strong family vibes.

Wait was kind of long, and the coffee was definitely a smack in the face kinda sweet. You've been warned! The French toast actually wasn't that sweet and quite delicious!!! Didn't see many people post it so I hope this photo helps. Service was great though!!!

Waiting time here is unpredictable and one of the hosts that morning was brusque. When finally seated (after projected wait time), server (bar area) was good. The food was good. Unfortunately, will likely not return until they can incorporate a reservation option.

I stopped in just as they opened at 7 on a rainy Sunday morning and was greeted with big smiles and servers who seemed genuinely happy to be at work. Upbeat. Friendly. Nice. What I wanted (ham cheddar scramble) wasn 't on the menu but the server was more than happy to get that for me. And the kitchen did it up right. Tasty. Hot. With a side of decent grits !!! The restaurant was bustling, but the staff truly excels at customer service. Thanks to their outstanding attention, I was seated promptly at the bar area. The server was very attentive and approached me right away. The food not only looked incredible but tasted amazing as well. It was my first visit to Burbank, CA, and if I come back to the area, I won't think twice about having brunch here again!

I really enjoyed everything about this place. I ordered an Irish Coffee ?? and a Bananas Bread French toasts topped with Brie cheese, sautéed apples, cinnamon, raisins and pecans, flambéed in orange liqueur and topped with fresh strawberries. Servedwith two eggs and baked bacon. I wanna give the server Marcus G a 5 ????. Servers are always part of the place experience andhe gave us an excellent service ????.

Michael is rude as hell!!! I called to attempt to coordinate a catering order on Monday and Lindsay told me it wouldn 't be a problem to call back on Thursday. I follow the directives and call Michael this morning and he tells me they don 't do catering orders on the weekend... he then proceeds to say we can go around this mountain as many times as you like and my answer won 't change . He didn 't offer a solution or anything. Michael... your attitude is awful and you need better customer service skills! Worse customer service experience ever!!!! View menu

We returned to Another Broken Egg Cafe to sample their new Seasonal Menu. My husband opted for the Deep South Biscuit Sandwich, and let me tell you, the photo doesn’t do it justice. The chicken tenders, topped with an over-easy egg, were perfectly seasoned, freshly fried, and incredibly juicy. The bacon jam added an irresistible touch! The country potatoes, as always, were delicious. My daughter chose the S'mores Waffles, and as you can see from the photo, it looks as good as it tastes—she polished it off completely! I had the Lobster Brie Omelette from the regular menu, accompanied by grits. It was fluffy and absolutely delightful, with generous portions. The service was excellent. We alway...

Another late review but better late than never! We came here on the way home from an overnighter in Anaheim with the kids. I remember coming here many years ago and liking it, so I wanted to come again so I can write a review. We waited about 20 mins for a table on a Monday morning, which was more than I thought we'd have to wait, but probably speaks towards the popularity of the place. The breakfast/brunch menu is extensive and there is a variety of things to choose from: sweetness from the griddle, omelettes, eggs benedict, healthy options, traditional options. And the portions are hefty. I had the blueberry lemon pancakes which were delightfully decadent. They offered a ton of deliciously...

"Easily my favorite bakery in LA!!! Being French, I feel like it's so hard to find good authentic French bakeries but Lou sets the bar soooooo high! No other bakeries have topped Lou's. The croissants are *chef's kiss*, they're flaky, buttery and taste delicious EVERY TIME! I also like their chocolate bread (pain au chocolat) and eclairs, though the eclairs are much sweeter so if you're into that, definitely give them a try! I really love how they are consistent with their pastries. There was never a time when I was disappointed. Now keep in mind they get very busy on the weekend, the wait can be long like 20 mins, especially if you order sandwiches (which by the way, are delicious too and worth it!!! I tried the chicken and turkey sandwiches and would highly recommend them). I think they run out of baguettes after 1pm or even sooner sometimes so if you want baguettes or sandwiches, definitely show up earlier. Even their drinks are so good, I always get their vanilla latte and once again, it tastes delicious e-ve-ry single time! Wanna know another thing I love about this place? The service! Every time we ordered sandwiches and the wait was long, they'd give us a heads up before finalizing our order in case we wanted to skip the sandwiches. One time, there was a mixup which resulted in us getting our sandwiches later than expected so to apologize for the wait, they offered us a croissant * * You will also often see Lou, the chef and owner, walk around and say hi to his customers. He may even sit with them and chat for a few minutes. He seems to know a lot of people in the neighborhood and that's actually how it is in France. Bakeries are in every corner and we love our bakers! Anyway I know this is now a super long review but I only have amazing things to say about this place, their food, the chef and the staff. I just wish they'd open every day"

"This was the one of a few places that I expected excellence in almost everything but sadly this was not the case. I went for a Sunday Brunch, to celebrate my bday. I made reservations for 11am for 3. We were seated within 5 minutes but once we got seated we waited over 20 minutes for the server to come to our table and that was only after I got up to let the manager know that we have been waiting for a long time without even water being served. Once the server came to get our order we still waited about another 30 minutes for our drinks to be brought and it was just a mimosa and a plain coffee and again after I flagged down the manager. The food and drink itself were perfect. I wouldn't have minded so much the extra long wait if I've had my drinks early on since I did ordered bottomless mimosas. Sadly, I couldn't order as many since they came out at the same time as the food. The manager did come and apologized and said he would take care of us but other than him giving me his card he didn't do much, not even a free drink as an apology. My reservations did say we were celebrating my bday but nothing was said to me about it. I was quite disappointed especially bc of the type of restaurant this is and it wasn't busy when we got there. Four other parties were seated after us within the 30 minutes we sat waiting and waiting and they were all served and were already eating while we didn't even have water.. The view was amazing though."

"As an Italian, I can confidently say that nothing about this place felt authentically Italian to me, aside from a slideshow on the television and the appealing decor. A true Italian restaurant welcomes guests with warmth and hospitality. Initially, the busboy informed me that he needed to check with his manager about seating me. After some time, she approached me and seated me, and the busboy promptly ensured I had water. However, things went downhill very quickly from there. The service was atrocious, with the staff being either curt or outright rude. The only exception was the busboy in the mask, who was genuinely sweet and considerate. I have allergies to alcohol and vinegar, and when I asked several questions, the manager, who was also my waitress, confidently assured me that the artichokes were fresh and grilled. She insisted that I had nothing to worry about regarding my allergies. Sadly, this turned out to be a complete lie. The artichokes were definitely not fresh; they tasted canned or jarred, and the claim that they were grilled was simply untrue. The moment I took a bite, I could tell there was vinegar in it, causing an itchy and burning sensation on the roof of my mouth. When I got up to find the waitress and express my concerns, I was met with defensiveness. The worst part was when she admitted she couldn’t comment on the artichokes because she didn’t eat them herself, and she couldn’t get clear answers from the cooks, only that they were imported. I felt extremely uncomfortable with her dismissive attitude and lack of knowledge. Ultimately, she offered to remove the dish from my bill but insisted that these were special imported artichokes. To me, this felt like being gaslit. I continued to stress the seriousness of my allergies after just one bite of the dish. I asked her why she would serve me an artichoke if she wasn’t sure about its marinade and why my questions weren’t being answered by the kitchen staff. I was left feeling frustrated and more than tempted to leave, but out of respect for my main dish order, I decided to stay, expecting my meal to arrive soon. I ordered chicken piccata and specifically requested that no wine be used due to my severe alcohol allergy. The waitress informed me that the cook wanted me to know it wouldn’t taste the same, which was fine with me. I saw other patrons who came in after me receiving their steaks and pastas, while I sat waiting for nearly an hour. Eventually, I asked a male waiter for an update on my dish, only to be told that it needed to cook. As if I didn’t already know that. When my chicken piccata finally arrived, I was starving. I wanted to scream! I had mentioned my hunger when I arrived, yet it seemed like they either didn’t serve bread or didn’t care to offer any. I had to get up to ask for Parmesan cheese since no one bothered to offer it to me like they did for the other tables. No one ever checked on how my meal was going; I had to approach the counter to pay. As I looked around, I couldn’t believe how generously everyone else was treated, while I felt completely ignored. As I write this review, I’m dealing with a painful stomach ache, rehashing the experience in my mind. I can't understand why I wasn't asked if I needed an appetizer or dessert, or if my allergies were worsening. Nothing! To add insult to injury, my waitress apologized for the long wait after bringing my chicken, claiming it was due to accommodating a larger party. I honestly can’t believe I left a tip. I’ve never been so relieved to leave a restaurant. I will never return to this place, and I recommend that you don’t either. UPDATE THE NEXT DAY: I confirmed there was indeed alcohol and/or vinegar in my food. An hour after writing my review, I was doubled over the toilet all night. This quickly escalated into dehydration and a severe migraine. My throat and nose started closing up, and I nearly had to use my EpiPen. With allergies, reactions can be immediate or delayed, and mine come on slowly but then escalate quickly. I am absolutely miserable today and had to call off work. I am changing my rating from two stars to one star."
