"Went to F&D Kitchen during Magical Dining month. We both started with the Shrimp and Grits appetizer. It was very nice. The grits were creamy and rich. The Shrimp had a nice red pepper topping and was a nice big serving for an appetizer. The shrimp could have been grilled to give it a little deeper flavor, but all in all it was good. I had the Short Ribs for dinner it was delicious. Way too large for me to eat. The honey carrots were the best, and the mashed potatoes were nice. My husband had the blackened Pork Chop. It was large and well seasoned and cooked properly to medium. The asparagus were nice. The butternut squash risotto was very flavorful and a bit spicy. Dessert we both had the cheesecake with bourbon Caramel sauce. Very, very good. Amy, the server, was very attentive and professional, and very patient!"
