"EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF! The manager there is more concerned with insulting, intimidating and bullying loyal customers and people with disabilities, than with doing his job. After an EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE with being treated this way, I will NEVER give them my business AGAIN!!! I HIGHLY STRONGLY RECOMMEND people do not patronize this place and that the manager get IMMEDIATE TERMINATION for his UNPROFESSIONAL ASSHOLISH conduct!!! He should NEVER be allowed to work with the public AGAIN!!! He MOST DEFINITELY HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL!!!! I used to make this my stopping point EVERY TIME I passed through Menominee. But because I was treated so badly on my last trip, I walked out and will NEVER AGAIN choose to put my dollar votes into this business. I came here always because A&W was a favorite treat of my youth. And the A&W manager that harassed me should realize that when a customer, and loyal customers walk into your establishment, they are choosing to support YOUR BUSINESS over ANY OTHER of the many businesses in the area. Over EVERY other place around you, YOU ARE GETTING THAT CONSUMER'S VOTE!!! The SMART ONES realize this! The dumb ones are the ones who choose to act the way this bully did to me!!! And they cost sales and good customers for their store!!! Because where I was A loyal repeat customer, often NOT EVER going ANYWHERE ELSE, now I will NEVER COME AGAIN; I WILL NOT BE TREATED THAT WAY!!!! And, also, I am SO UPSET that I crushed my root beer jug, threw it out AND am telling EVERYONE I KNOW about how I was treated. The one LOST CUSTOMER will EASILY turn into SEVERAL LOST CUSTOMERS because people tend to listen to their friends' experiences opinions of a business. They will want to patronize a good place and will tend to stay away from a BAD one!!!"

The service at this restaurant is always friendly and the food is delicious! My go-to order is a root beer freeze and a papa burger. I highly recommend stopping by to try them out!

A&w is one of the more pricey places to drive through their food is good but I don't think it's the most healthy place to eat don't eat there often but when I do I always enjoy what I do eat

We were greeted by a lovely elderly lady who was very professional. Each of us had a shake with our meal. The dishes were prepared in large silver bowls and then poured into chilled bowls. Amazing service. Thank you. View menu

The service at this restaurant is always excellent! While the food may take a little longer to prepare, it is definitely worth the wait to receive hot and fresh dishes. This is the only fast food establishment in town where I have never experienced missing items in my order, which is a huge bonus. JT and Mikayla provide exceptional service that goes above and beyond. I would give this place 5 stars.

Well haven’t been to this place in months, maybe even a year since it was never a great experience…the food was alright for fast food, but the service was always very poor. I heard it got new owners so went there this evening to see if it was improved. The service was a little better but probably because no one was there being 7:00pm. That’s where any improvements stop. Prices are outrageous for this quality of food. Nearly 15.00 I paid for one combo meal. (Burger,Drink,Curds) They had a sign saying the ice machine wasn’t working and to ask the employee for ice.
