"This is not an entirely vegan establishment, but I stopped by because they offered some vegan bakery options. I had a cappuccino with milk and agave syrup, along with a pistachio pink doughnut. They kindly warmed the doughnut for me. If you're trying a vegan doughnut, keep in mind that it's not going to be as light and airy as a Krispy Kreme; it's denser and more like cake. The doughnut was tasty, with a very sweet icing and rose petals that added a floral note, which somewhat overshadowed the pistachios. The cappuccino balanced the sweetness of the doughnut perfectly with its right amount of bitterness."
