"Overall MID food and service. No worries!!! Still yummy in my tummy... However... The entirely one thing that makes a guy choose a Baja over a thousand other mexican choices is the SALSA BAR! So why have they taken it away? Covid is over!!! Bring it back!!! And you can 't even take over 4 cups of the stuff, without a stern rebuke... I 'm a one cup per bite kinda guy so this is a total disaster. You can even see the cringe in the cashiers eyes when he has to deny you a fifth cup. You just know the manager is pulling some strings to maintain the full salsa bar pay, pockets the money, (total funny money but still) reports the money spent, rinse and repeat. He 's either some jew pinching Pennie 's, or some kind of sick twisted Iranian. This phenomenon seems to be entirely localized at this location however. I 've been to other bajas, no problems, full salsa bar, smiling customers, hard working mexican chefs, also smiling. It would appear just this one location is all screwed up, ill be there in a sec too it looks like they 're closing."

This business is closed as of February 14, 2023 I am just updating our community. They did this once before in 2017 and was closed for three months then reopened..

Had a great visiting Baja Fresh for the first time in over a decade. Staff was very courteous, especially Lucas V, and place was very clean. Can’t believe I’ve been missing out on the fresh ingredients here all the years while I’ve being going elsewhere for my Mexican needs View menu

Don't hide disabled people. Cash today at 1245 said? I don't care. The manger is usually nice. Your employee has no customer service skills. Good food, but probably worth the trip to the Calabasas Store. I'm watching these shops nearby. No wonder. Each location has different customer service standards.

Always enjoy my Baja Fresh, but just found out that they cut out one of their salsa flavors and limit you to just four salsa containers. And I usually will get 1 of each, for a total of 5. Not a huge deal, but is management that ultra focused on maximizing their profit that this us an issue? Especially when they make bank on the sodas? Stop being so cheap.
