"The tacos had barely any meat, and they looked quite messy. I understand that takeout can sometimes get soggy, but this was excessively wet, despite the fact that I only added pork, onion, cilantro, and guacamole with salsa on the side. My critique isn't aimed at Bajas as a whole; I still recommend the locations in Johnston or South Attleboro instead of this one. Additionally, I think Bajas should consider using different styrofoam containers for their takeout orders. I suspect that contributed significantly to the issues I experienced, aside from the lack of meat. It’s just really disappointing."

You can never rely on being told that your food is ready. I always end up waiting an extra 10-15 minutes. It's the same situation every time... sigh. Unfortunately, ordering ahead isn't an option here.

I ordered my food a few hours before closing, and it arrived ice cold, as if it had just come out of the refrigerator. You really can't serve lukewarm rice with sautéed shrimp and vegetables that are ice cold; it's a recipe for foodborne illness. The presentation was terrible—when I opened the foil, it fell apart. I'm very disappointed, and I tried calling both numbers listed, but no one answered. It was a terrible experience, and I would like a refund.

This was my first time at Bajas, and I had a great experience. We took our time going through the menu, and the staff were very patient, answering all our questions and accommodating our requests, like putting some items on the side. I was really impressed by how clean the restaurant was! The counters were immaculate, and there were no signs of cross-contamination, unlike at Chipotle where the toppings often get mixed up. We decided to take our food to go, and everything was well-packaged for the trip. All the dishes were delicious! I highly recommend this place and will definitely return.
