"I don’t understand the hype surrounding this place. First and foremost, the fact that they don’t display any prices and you’re left surprised when ordering is ridiculous. The prices are extremely high compared to other custard and ice cream shops. Additionally, the menu is disorganized. The custard itself is just okay; I didn’t find it to be anything special. It’s strange that their smallest size is a medium, while other places offer true small sizes. When I tried to order a small concrete, I was told it was only for kids, and what they considered a small was much larger than what I expected. This was a one-time experience for me!"

"My boyfriend and I have begun a new monthly tradition of having our date nights at this restaurant. I recall my first visit; it’s easy to miss since it’s quite small, but the flavors are incredible. The food is always outstanding, and the staff is friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. I highly recommend giving this place a try. The prices are very reasonable, and the combination of delicious food with attentive, friendly service is consistently impressive."

"The food and service at this restaurant have been excellent. However, I was disappointed today when I tried to quickly use the bathroom and found that the doors now have keypad locks on them, making it difficult for customers. This decision may cause some customers to lose interest in this location. There are other Starbucks and high-quality coffee options nearby that are more accessible. I hope they reconsider this policy and make their bathrooms more easily accessible in the future."

"We visited today and found the host to be quite subdued. After being seated, we patiently waited for service. A busser brought us water, but then we continued to wait. We had our menus close by, placed at the end of the table to signal to anyone who might notice that we were ready to order. Five different waitstaff passed by us, but none acknowledged our presence. A simple greeting or assurance that someone would be with us shortly would have been appreciated, but that didn’t happen. We're generally easy to accommodate, so this experience was disappointing. This is only the second or third time I've ever left a restaurant without eating. We eventually went to Round the Clock instead, where the service is always excellent. I urge you to coach your staff and learn from this experience. I'm not seeking anything, just sharing feedback. We’ve decided that we won't be returning. Best of luck."

"This was my first time here at Benedict's. The service here was fantastic and the food was even better. I love that they bring cute pitchers of water to the table so you can refill your water on your own time..and same with the soda. I had such a difficult time choosing what to eat because everything sounded so good. I ending up with a chicken salad sandwich with a side of the pasta salad and it was AMAZING! I highly recommend coming here for a fantastic meal. One thing I will say is that if you are looking for a quiet intimate place to eat, this isn't the place to do that. Definitely a 5 star experience though. Thanks Benedict's for a fantastic first time food experience!"
