"We visited today and found the host to be quite subdued. After being seated, we patiently waited for service. A busser brought us water, but then we continued to wait. We had our menus close by, placed at the end of the table to signal to anyone who might notice that we were ready to order. Five different waitstaff passed by us, but none acknowledged our presence. A simple greeting or assurance that someone would be with us shortly would have been appreciated, but that didn’t happen. We're generally easy to accommodate, so this experience was disappointing. This is only the second or third time I've ever left a restaurant without eating. We eventually went to Round the Clock instead, where the service is always excellent. I urge you to coach your staff and learn from this experience. I'm not seeking anything, just sharing feedback. We’ve decided that we won't be returning. Best of luck."
