"**Opening Hours:** Late opening (after 9 AM) **Cleanliness:** The cleanliness of the establishment left much to be desired. The bathroom was particularly appalling; there was no toilet paper, no soap, and no paper towel dispenser or hand dryer. The trash bins were overflowing, and it was clear that the floors hadn't been swept or mopped. **Staffing:** There were three employees at the counter, but only one was actively working. Furthermore, there didn't seem to be a manager present. **Kid-Friendliness:** I had to get the attention of two girls who were dancing behind the counter to place my order, which made the experience less than ideal. **Wheelchair Accessibility:** Unfortunately, the bathroom door was blocked by baking racks and power cords, making it inaccessible. **Service:** The service was limited to takeout."

Baskin Robbins is my husband's and my favorite spot to visit. We love their strawberry and banana smoothie, especially with yogurt ice cream and a dollop of whipped cream on top. It's absolutely delicious!
