Bayside Grill - Menu

I went to the restaurant to get some food, and the lady behind the bar informed me that the grill was shut down at 8 PM due to low activity. However, the guy at the front desk told me that the grill wasn't working at all. This isn't good for business, if you ask me.

The food at Bayside Grill was disappointing. However, the breakfast buffet was excellent. The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room itself was fantastic, featuring a large mini fridge with a freezer, a microwave, and a couch, providing more than enough space for two people.

Central location close to lots of restaurants. Hotel is very outdated, carpet in our room was very sticky, room was very humid, door was also very hard to close and even saw a baby roach in the sink. Plenty of parking and kids enjoyed the game room but would not stay here again due to lack of cleanliness. View menu

If you want a filthy room that reeked of cigarette smoke and pot this is the place for you. We both woke up with pounding headaches and could not get out of the place fast enough. I just shoot my head as the roaches scrambled when I turned the bathroom light on. Can't imagine how Clarion would allow their name on this place.

This expensive hotel, is just a couple of miles from Clearwater Beach- clearly a vacation not business hotel. Yet everything closes at 9pm there's nothing to do- bar restaurant pool jacuzzi done at 9. I'm 64 but I will never again stay at this nursing home. I might as well add the door lock tp holder is broken. Check in is 4 they roll up the carpet at 9.

Staff was extremely rude and refused to give me a refund when I complained about the bugs. They said, welcome to Florida and said my attitude was the reason they wouldn 't give me a full refund. There were small bugs crawling all over the walls and a giant cockroach by the bed. They offered a different room, which I refused d/t the smell and condition of the property. View menu

During our stay, housekeeping did not change the bed linens or towels, and it seemed like our room was consistently overlooked. When I tried to reach out to housekeeping, no one ever answered the phone. Additionally, there was a noticeable smell of marijuana, which suggests that they should implement a new policy to enhance the experience for all guests. The pool and hot tub close at 7 PM, leaving limited time to enjoy them in the evenings, especially compared to other hotels that keep their pools open until 11 PM.

This hotel looks NOTHING like the pictures!!! The room smelled, was moist, had rust on the bathroom fixtures (including the toilet paper holder) and was literally so bad that I had to forego the money I had already spent for 4 nights and pay to go to another hotel. I will never be fooled again by pictures and a “very good” rating! I thought it seemed like a decent deal for the price, but for what I paid between losing money there and a new hotel, I could have stayed right on the beach. Do not let the pictures fool you… it is a dump!!

This is a long list of disappointments. Read on if you wish. I 'll preface by saying my partner and I are well travelled. Italy, several Caribbean countries, all over the States. Some places were better than others, but I never felt the need to write a review like this. After we checked in and got our luggage, at the door to the room was a toilet plunger. Disgusting, but I guess mistakes happen. Inside the room: the ceiling light fixture didn 't work.
