My favorite neighborhood cafe! Family owned, super friendly and helpful staff, great ambiance, feels very homey! And of course the food is delicious, highly recommend the chicken pesto crepes!

Mike and his Bean Bag cafe are a neighborhood special; the San Francisco equivalent of a diner. Comfortable, good food served with no pretension by the friendly team. It’s a regular morning stop.

You can't go wrong by visiting the Western Addition and dining at this café. It used to be my go-to spot 15 years ago when I enjoyed $2 IPAs. Be sure to try the chicken pesto crepe—it's absolutely delicious!
