"Although we had reservations they only had one waitress and were waiting on another to arrive. We had been waiting approx mins before host/manager explained situation. Offered to seat us but admitted we would still be waiting. We went somewhere else. I understand staffing issues everywhere. I donât understand why I was able to make reservation at all or why I was not contacted re: staff??"

The food was very tasty and the waitress friendly. Prices seem to have gone up a bit. Friday lunchtime and limited staff did make service slow. Lots of places have the same problem.

our waitress at the location braintree went beyond and beyond to serve us and help us find an earring when she was so busy and the only waitress on the staff. She needs an increase! we've tipped them well. our group has decided that we meet there monthly because of her, the food and convenient situation.

exactly what we wanted. a simple date at night. great drinks and a cesar salad for the start. then share a beautiful large pizza with fresh mozzarella and prosciutto. everything was very good and our waitress tracy was on site, even if the place was short in things. they made drinks as well as served.
