"I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The staff this morning were really friendly and kind. The coffee was excellent—I'm always wary of places that don't serve good coffee, but even their flavored options were delicious. I enjoyed a bagel that was also quite tasty, and the BLT I ordered was very flavorful. They generously provided cream cheese, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a fantastic visit, and I hope to return the next time I'm in town!"

If you've ever tasted an authentic bagel, you'd realize that this isn't one. It feels more like just dough.

Delicious sandwiches and fantastic iced or frozen drinks! I do wish they offered fountain soda. Ordering ahead is a great idea—you won't be disappointed!

The management team is quite unfriendly, and there's a good chance your order will be wrong. Even if you can prove that your order is incorrect, they will not issue a refund.

Fantastic bagels with a variety of cream cheese options or spreads. I also really enjoy their sandwiches. You can choose any bagel you like, and there’s typically a specialty cream cheese available. I've included some pictures of their menu as well. View menu

Very friendly staff. I had a salt bagel with lite cream cheese and it was delicious and big! Love the variety of self serve coffees (Michigan Cherry is absolutely scrumptious). Sandwiches seem a bit pricey but I haven't had one to review. Quiet atmosphere for conversation, reading or working.

Apple Bagel offers a clean well kept environment, with fresh bagels and great coffee...what more do you need! They offer a large selection of cream cheese that's a bonus, like the dill and garlic, that's not over powering. They offer morning bagel sandwiches and lunch. If not in the mood for a bagel...Big Apple offers muffins that are delicious too! I ate here every morning for a week straight and they are consistent with quality as well as their large variety!!!

"Just finished eating here.First of, it’s about time that Midland got a Mediterranean Restaurant, so that’s a big plus. I’ve been flying through here for 9 years and this is the first time to see a Mediterranean option on Google maps. Well done. Now for the food.To be fair, I’m spoiled by all the good Mediterranean restaurants in the DFW area, so take this with a grain of salt or some garlic sauce and Tzaziki, lol.I ordered the Lamb Gyro over Saffron rice, with the side choice of hummus and a salad of Tabouli, and “Iraqi tea.”The first impression was that for the price, the portions were ok, maybe a tad small, but that’s ok. I was a bit surprised that it came in plastic containers and we weren’t initially provided with utensils, which would be an immediate service improvement. The gyro meat didn’t taste very strongly of lamb, but was nicely seasoned and certainty not bad. It was on top of the rice with some tomatoes and yogurt sauce. The saffron rice was good, and I chose to mix it with the hummus, which turned out nicely. The hummus itself was a tad bland, but definitely not bad. It favors those who aren’t into as many spices like the hummus with paprika on top that I had last night in Dallas. The tabouli which is a favorite dish of mine was the biggest letdown as it was reasonably expensive for the amount in the plastic bowl, and also a bit bland. A bit more lemon juice or something would help it tremendously.Overall, it’s probably three and a half stars for me, but I’m giving this a four instead of a three, because it’s currently the best Mediterranean food at a restaurant in Midland or anywhere nearby and perhaps it will improve as they get established.Regarding the Iraqi Tea it basically tasted identical to the Earl Gray tea I had back in Dallas before the flight."
