Bj's Brewhouse Elk Grove

It was my daughters birthday, we were seated somewhere where I didn’t want to be in the middle of an isle. My food was dry .

Our server was fantastic, but the strawberry lemonade wasn't very good. The salad was decent, though I feel it was overpriced for what it was.

our first time out since covid and enjoyed the scanning of the menu and paying that way. also social distancing was great. will return. food was great! loaded burgers YUM

The Chicken Alfredo tasted Iike it was from a frozen dinner. The service could have been better. Never came back till at the very end to see if we wanted refill on beverages.

We arrived at the restaurant exactly at our reservation time. Despite the place being quite busy, we were seated promptly and our drink orders were taken right away. The food was excellent, just as it always is. View menu

It was a delight to be served by Saturday. She is young, personable and competent waitress. She took the time to engage with us and make sure she took our order accurately. We found the restaurant between 6:30 and 8:00 PM to be very noisy and on the slow side for delivery of our drinks and main meal. On the Friday night we were there it was difficult to converse with my wife across a table-for-two due to the noise level. Their menu selection is quite extensive and we always find something tasty. We have eaten there a number of times and still like it.

We had reservations, but the hostess made a mistake—this can happen, of course. However, she was very rude and didn’t apologize at all. The restaurant was busy, but that shouldn’t justify the fact that our appetizers arrived after our main courses. To make matters worse, one of the entrees was cold while another was hot. After struggling to get help from our server, we asked to speak with the manager, who seemed more interested in chatting with others than in addressing our concerns. We’ve never had exceptional service here, but it was never bad enough to deter us from returning—until now. This experience was truly disappointing.

I had made a reservation online; got to BJ's parking area around 3pm and were instructed as to where to park. Waited in our vehicle until around 3:15p and then went into the restaurant. I young lady was at the podium and said it would be a couple of minutes. We were escorted to a table that was proper distance from other clients and their tables. Service was very attentive and first beverages were served; then the entrees. The two salads were excellent as was the mini pizza. All-in-All it was an enjoyable luncheon and we were happy that we could eat-in and eat/drink rather than having to take the food back home. Thank you for the great hospitality !! View menu
