I really enjoyed the vibe of the place, especially the music that played during my last visit! It's a charmingly rustic and unique little bar.

The beer was pretty good, but the food was fantastic.Recommend the blood orange blonde and the grilled chicken sandwich.Service was excellent!

Great people and a super friendly staff that engages beyond taking your order bringing your food. New faces are welcomed and they have an open mic night on Thursdays so locals can have fun entertaining others while sharing their live of music. A really comfortable space! View menu

Our waitress never submitted our order. We attempted to get her attention, but she sent another waitress to help us. This second waitress was friendly and acknowledged that our original waitress must have forgotten. As locals, we truly wanted to enjoy this restaurant, but we didn't feel very welcome.

Had a wonderful experience here.Gotta say they have the comfiest bar seats of any brew pub!! Staff was fab and friendly. Quick service. Good food and tasty dark beers(plural-yeah!! ... Hard to find during summer! Also loved the blood orange beer. Found this place by accident on way home from Port Deposit, MD in Rising Sun. Laid back, clean, and welcoming. Had fun stopping for a bite to eat.

I stopped into this local while visiting family in the area. I tried the six beer flight and while all of them were pretty good, the two that stood out as superior where the Rochambeau Red Ale and the exceptional Willy Loman Chocolate Stout. Very good beers. From their Sunday lunch menu, I had a special which was a grilled vegetable panini. This sandwich was worth the visit in any case. The wait staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and made sure I was taken care of. The building itself was a clean well kept venue. I would highly recommend a visit. Thanks! View menu

Great food, great service, and great beer! We stopped for lunch (with our 16 month old). They had high chairs, which we really appreciated! We had the hog wings as an appetizer, a grilled chicken sandwich (OMG so good) and a Nashville hot chicken sandwich as our mains. Our daughter had a burger and fries. We got a beer sampler and everything we tried we liked. It was hard to choose which one to get a pint of. They had a lot of hard seltzers, but we didn't have time to try one (note they cannot be included in a sampler). I wish we had room for dessert-they had some nice options! I would love to stop back by here again if we are in the area.

Great place for beer and food! Nice atmosphere ... Industrial, spacious, clean, comfortable. Great attentive service! Interesting array of events like live music, recurring specials (Mac&cheese, Burger night), trivia, bingo. We hit Mac&cheese night, and it was delicious. I'm not much of a beer person, but I enjoyed a blood orange blonde, recommended by our waitress. Food comes on disposable plates/bowls with disposable plasticware. Can't say for certain if I think this is good or bad ... I'm somewhere in the middle. It seems a bit downscale and wasteful, but I imagine it is efficient and cost effective for them. Limited non-alcoholic beverage options.

This restaurant is fantastic! It's warm, family-friendly, and incredibly inviting. We stumbled upon Bog Turtle Brewery while enjoying the Zoo Lights at Plumpton Zoo, and we were so glad we did, especially since we had a large group of 11. We expected to have to split up, but the owner was kind enough to pull a table together so we could all sit as one. The kids were kept entertained with a variety of games, including Connect 4, a video game machine, and Jenga. The food and drinks were perfect—definitely try the vanilla porter!
