Bojangles - Menu

I've been in 30 minutes now. First they told me to wait 10 minutes. After 20 minutes I went to check my order, then they told me 8 minutes. They need better management here or just fire everyone and get a new crew.

Stopped in today 10-06-2019 for lunch. Staff was friendly and courteous. Food was ready quickly. It was good tasting and hot. Clean facility. I had chicken tenders and Bo Sauce. Very good. Salt and pepper shakers on every table! I would certainly recommend.

Usually you have a bad experience in Bojangles and other fast food restaurants nowadays depending on the location and employees who work there. This special in Lexington was excellent. Food quality and taste were great and all the staff I met were very pleasant. View menu

My wife and I are facing each other where I can help quickly. She likes KFC and I'm a Bojangles chicken type. I never had a bad experience eating Bojangle's chicken. I s add sways get the 3 St. 2 thighs and leg meal; but I change it up and ask for 3 thighs. Always delicate and the correct amount of spice/hot sauce. I moved to New York for six years; When I came back to NC, I ate in Bojangles for lunch all week to my fix..lol?

I once moved to New York for 6 years; when Icame back to NC I ate at Bojangles for lunch the entire week to get my fix..lol????

If this had been my first visit to bojangles it would've been the last. I love their food but at this location, instead of a Supremes meal with fries I got chicken jerky and seasoned potato chips. Neither were overcooked so I can only figure they setunder a heat lamp until all the moisture was gone. My teeth literally hurt when I finished. Unfortunately I was really hungryand didn't have time to go back. I will continue to eat bojangles but this location is no longer an option. View menu

I've come to this location twice now. The food and customer service was great both times. Unfortunately, the second visit they forgot our deserts. We had never tried their desert biscuits and was really looking forward to it. We live 10 minutes away so by the time we got home and noticed we didn't want to go back. I do take some responsibility for not checking my order before I left. Just bummed but still want to give a high rating for everything else. We will go back but will be checking our order before we leave. Lesson Learned.

I have been coming to this Bojangles for some years now and it has had it's share of issues in the past....but now, I salute this entire staff and manager. I grab breakfast here several times a week and when it comes to breakfast biscuits....they beat everyone else in town. They have not disappointed me in a long time. My food is ALWAYS FRESH...and I just can't seem to get that anywhere else, especially since the COVID and all of the staffing issues. Which brings me to my next point....they greet me with respect and good customer service EVERYTIME! The staff and food at this location deserve my 5 STARS! ????? #DELICIOUS

Sat in line for 20 min (only 4 cars in front of us) get to window to get my food (Supreme salad) started to leave looked in the bag and it was spinach (and not that much of it). Get out to go inside (completely irate) and the lobby was closed. Went back around to the speaker told them I was extremely upset, they said to pull around they 'd fix it. 20 more minutes in line again!! Get to window and I went off about the wait, the food and that no one would just meet me at the front. They said they changed their salads to spinach I went off again told them I wanted my money back. I did get it back but no apology no nothing!!
