"Here's where it gets really special: the woman behind the counter came over to check if our slices were hot enough. She explained that she asked because she noticed my eyes looked "puffy." It was clear she wanted to ensure we were enjoying our meal. We shared with her that we had just received some bad news and took a seat at our table to wait for our food. As she passed by, we felt overwhelmed with emotion, and she was incredibly kind! She was the first person we had encountered since leaving the hospital, and we were feeling very low. She took the time to come over and showed genuine interest in our situation. I can't imagine how we would have felt if she had simply ignored us, but thankfully she didn't! It was like she instinctively understood what we were going through. We truly felt that she was sent to us at that moment to lift our spirits. Thank you so much, kind woman, wherever you are! The owner is very rude. I ask how much a buffalo pizza cost. And it took her about 15 minutes to let me know how much the buffalo pizza cost. And this is supposed to be the owner. I called back because the customer or supposedly Owner started cussing at me after I asked her does she know English after I was sitting on the phone for about 20 minutes after and the same question. Do not go to this place. They don't deserve a dollar.

I visited BHOP for the first time about a month ago, and after that experience, I won't be returning. I can recognize when I'm made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. As a disabled veteran, I’d like to offer a piece of advice: being kind is easy, and there’s no need to feel envious if you’re not the one receiving kindness. Disapproving looks can really affect someone's experience. People can be genuinely kind without expecting anything in return; not everyone has hidden motives. It seems like the owner could improve her customer service skills. On a positive note, the salads were quite good, and the staff are keeping the business afloat. Wishing you a great day!
