"So it's Valentine's and nothing can spoil my night... maybe! My **** was raw because they are very thick. They used this as a reason why it was raw) If you know, cook it longer. They provide it to repair. I'll do something new. So I said a Sirloin girl. They brought me ribeye I hate her too fat) cooked rarely. I really mean both things wrong because not properly cooked and then not even what I ordered. You should fix it. Potatoes were also dry. My husband's steak was well done, but he rarely ordered it. Terrible eating experience. The manager comes by and informs me that they were only mistakes made all night, were my table after the server 160 ppl. I mean, why don't you make me bad because your waiting staff doesn't hear when an order is taken and your kitchen can't cook properly. How is that my fault? I want to give them a second chance at some point, but it won't be soon."

The atmosphere was very nice. The service was excellent and fast. The food and the drinks were good. The only negative I could say would be the prices a bit high.

Great place, so beautiful and the view was amazing. Christian was our server. Very respectful of our entertainment and time, attentive and knowledgeable. Food was amazing. We're coming back!

We went early to beat the traffic across the bridge so...we were the only ones there for a while. Christian was our excellent waiter brought us drinks first. The we all decided to share the lobster Mac n’ cheese fried green tomatoes. Both were very good. We then shared a bread pudding with whipped cream a cherry pie with ice cream. Too bad more people don’t try it. I think being connected with a hotel may be the reason. We had a great time though!

We went here on Christmas Eve. There was only one other table occupied. The view is fantastic. Too bad the food doesn’t compare to the view. We had very mediocre food. They were serving a turkey dinner and a limited menu that night. The turkey was dry, everything else was just bland. We also got an order of crab cakes which were mainly breading, very little crab. The salmon was served as a sandwich. With a view like this, this restaurant has great potential. I’d love to see better food to match the view. View menu

Not recommended. Our drinks were made without key ingredients and tasted terrible and it took 30 minutes to get new ones. My husband's food came out in the wrong order and our appetizers and entrees came from each other within minutes, so I couldn't even enjoy the soup (it was not good anyway) The ducks were like mediocre bare food. The waiter didn't even pick up the fact that we barely ate our food and we just have the check without offer to bring from a manager or take any items from our bill. He was completely superfluous. Happy Valentine's Day to us.

The place was empty for that time of day. Front of house didn’t seem to want to be bothered. Reservations were encouraged but definitely not needed. The food was horrendous. Steak got to the table barely room temp then appeared to be nuked on its return to the table on its second attempt. Sides were just ok and the hot brown was another missed opportunity. They have potential but really need to re-evaluate the way things are being done. The waitress was the best part and tried to make things right but the manager never got involved and probably wasn’t told

The food was NOT worth the price! Kettle chips are definately not Lays Classic chips, the waffles in the chicken and waffle app were raw, the broccoli was bland, and the fruit cup consisted of bad dry old fruit. The waitress was more concerned with hanging at the bar with the other employees. As my husband and I attempted to have a nice anniversary dinner, every employee that was hanging out in the kitchen decided to come stare at us while we ate. The only thing that was good about our dining expirence was the view! We came from out of state to have a nice getaway and was drastically let down by the lack of professionalism in this establishment. Customers that were at the bar were going into... View menu

There was a foul odor that hits you as soon as walk in. I was not impressed with the ambiance. The tables were like something from a cafeteria. I just expected more from a restaurant associated to a Sheraton Hotel. The place would have been empty if it were not for the other four groups of Thurby parties. There was a trivia thing happening on the patio right outside the restaurant and it made it difficult to have a conversation with out yelling. I ordered a martini and it tasted and smelled like something from the bay so I sent it back. I had a party of eight people and when I asked everyone how their food was the response was, ok. Everyone loved the french fries and our server was great. Th...

I asked for a water with lemon I was told they were out of lemons. I wanted to try the Strawberry Lemonade Cocktail I was told they were out. I ordered a margarita and when it was brought to me the server apologized for not having Blue Curacao but that it wouldn't change the taste, just the color. The Blue Curacao would affect the taste, but the drink doesn't have Blue Curacao in it! I double checked the ingredients on the menu and sure enough, no Blue Curacao. The food was amazing. Great menu and great food. I had the Portabello Sandwich. The server never asked us if we wanted another drink. I would have gladly bought another drink. He then came to inform us that they were sending him home...

"Now, let's talk about the food. The crab cake appetizer was the best we've ever had! It was mostly pure crab with just enough breadcrumbs on the outside to hold it together, featuring large chunks of crab. Delicious! We had heard repeatedly that Repeal has the best steaks in the city, so we felt we had to try them. Unfortunately, we didn't agree. My filet was overcooked and actually charred on one side, even though I requested it medium well (with a bit of pink). My husband’s steak was undercooked despite him ordering medium well, too. While we could have sent them back, we usually don’t unless something is inedible, so we were just disappointed. The steaks were still edible and good—just not great! The $20 twice-baked potato wasn’t worth the price, even with truffle slices and truffle oil included. The Caesar salad was also underwhelming. The white anchovies were an interesting addition, but they didn’t elevate the salad for us. The bread pudding, however, was fantastic! I highly recommend it. On the downside, the cocktails were below par. I know this may seem like a harsh critique of Repeal, but that’s not my intention! I think we set our expectations too high and were somewhat let down given the prices. With that said, would I go back? Yes! I would just choose very different items from the menu next time and likely opt for wine over cocktails."
