"I understand that many restaurants are currently experiencing staffing issues, but it would be really helpful to have some signs on your doors informing walk-in customers that your lobby is closed. I placed a pick-up order through DoorDash today, but when I arrived, the doors were locked. No one answered the phone, and there were easily 15 cars waiting in the drive-thru. This isn’t very customer-friendly, especially for local employees like me who only have a 30-minute lunch break. Perhaps it would be better to pause food delivery services until staffing improves. It’s misleading to advertise pick-up orders when customers are left waiting over 20 minutes in the drive-thru."
