"A Google search for the top restaurants in Harrisburg led us to Note Bistro and Wine Bar. When we called from about 45 minutes away on a Friday evening, the host was incredibly welcoming and took down our names. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a lively atmosphere complemented with romantic lighting. Our high-top table was perfectly suited for us. The wine and cocktail choices were both limited and thoughtfully selected. The menu offered a range of small and full-sized dishes, ensuring there was something for everyone. Our server was attentive and gladly catered to our low-carb preferences. Overall, our experience was delightful. As this was my first visit to Harrisburg, it has inspired me to come back and explore more of what Pennsylvania's capital has to offer. We will certainly make a point to revisit Note on our next trip. Dietary note: The kitchen was able to accommodate our low-carb requests during our visit."

Found our neighborhood drink spot. Great cocktails and desserts, we'll be back for dinner. The small menu is always a good sign. The interior is well placed and the bartenders wait staff if always changing jazz records on the player. It's a small spot that feels genuine and comfortable. Very happy to find this View menu

This dining experience was fantastic from start to finish! The fennel salad was exceptional, and the dinner and dessert surpassed our expectations. If you have Jenna as your server, consider yourself fortunate; she is incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and provided spot-on recommendations! Be sure to ask for Jenna, as she truly made our experience memorable. We will definitely be returning! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Sushi is a delightful little restaurant that I thoroughly enjoyed. They offer fantastic cocktails, delicious food, and even more impressive desserts! The ambiance was enhanced by fun records playing in the background, adorable salt and pepper shakers, and an overall charming atmosphere. I particularly loved the duck and lamb dishes. The drinks were also exceptional and quite unique! I will definitely be returning. Additionally, they have good options for those with gluten restrictions, and the head chef is very mindful of cross-contamination. Service was excellent for dine-in as well.

"We’ve been wanting to try Harvest out for a bit, and finally stumbled upon it after a movie last weekend. The menu is seasonal and most ingredients are sourced locally, from the spiel we got when we sat down. We ordered an organic cider to drink, as well as a glass of moscato. We got the crab dip appetizer to start. The crab dip wasn’t warm when it came out, and didn’t come with nearly enough bread to eat it with, which was disappointing for the $20 price tag. We ended up paying extra to get more bread just to enjoy half of the dip so it wouldn’t go to waste. By the time we got the additional bread, the dip was ice cold. The entrees were excellent and the star of the show. We tried both the seared scallops, which was recommended by our waiter, and the braised short ribs. The menu is curated with sides, although additional sides are listed at the bottom for an additional charge. Both dishes were really good and came out piping hot, as it should. Prices range from $20-$40 for entrees. We did end up going for a dessert, which wasn’t very sweet. We would skip the apps and dessert next time and just go for the entree. Service was super hit or miss. Our waiter was either checking in often or would go missing for 30 minutes, seemingly always when we needed something. The ambiance inside the location is nice and I do look forward to seeing the menu change with the seasons. I just expected a little more out of the experience due to the prices.Dietary restrictions: They are happy to accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions."
