"I ordered breakfast for all the nurses and was extremely disappointed to find a cooked bug in my ranchero skillet, which was already half eaten. I went back to the restaurant expecting a full refund of my entire purchase, but the general manager, Tarissa Fiorillo, refused to do so because no one else had bugs in their meals. Despite not saying anything in the restaurant full of customers out of respect for the business, I wish she had been more understanding and acknowledged that no one else finished their meals after the unpleasant surprise. It was a letdown."
