"I stopped in here because it was within walking distance of my hotel. I’m so glad I did. Even tho it is a family style restaurant that I didn’t realize when walking in), they were so accommodating. They sat me at the bar so I wasn’t in a huge booth by myself. Sterling was my server. He made recommendations that were great. He was training someone and still took great care of me. This was a fantastic experience"

First time dining at Buca's, visiting from out of town, loved the spaghetti, lasagna, sangria and salad, outstanding food! Service was a little slow, but overall good atmosphere. Will let my co-workers and friends know about Buca do Bello View menu

It’s a family style restaurant so the food portions are big. The food was amazing! We had the valentines lasagna dinner for 2 and a small order of chicken parm. Drinks were also great and our waiter Mary was very sweet and attentive. Absolutely LOVE the decor!! Definitely recommend and will be back!

Just had dinner with the our family to celebrate my nephews birthday! The food was amazing as always. The service was extraordinary thanks to Mary, our superstar waitress! She went out of her way to make sure we had a great experience! She even got us a special request of bread! Will definitely be back soon!

Buca never lets us down. Our only regret is not inviting our family and friends to join us. Even with just a small salad and a pasta dish, we ended up bringing home a lot of leftovers. We also tried the Italian Cream Cake for the first time and loved it! The food is consistently delicious, and the atmosphere is always lively and fun. View menu

My little family and some friends had the most amazing time! We had a great first time experience, we got to sit in the table that's located in the kitchen, and we had a great time watching the cooks and interacting with them! We are very greatful that the wait staff still took us in even though we got in at 8:40pm and they were closing at 9! Y'all are amazing!! Thank you!

Great place to share a meal! Every food item is meant to be sheared. A small feeds 3 people and large feeds 5; is what they say and I agree. The place is a little cramped, so I wouldn’t come here with a big family also the food isn’t life changing but it was pretty good. The staff was friendly. Definitely a recommend if you wanna have Italian 2 days in a row, because you’ll have leftovers!

"Food good. Location good. Service good. BUT, the hidden charges REALLY ruined an otherwise nice experience. Example: HH menu lists Martinis as a $3 upcharge to the $7 base charge. Fair enough. Bombay is a listed alcohol; requested. When the bill was returned I was charged for a Bombay Sapphire which is not on the HH list. Charge? $11 $3. I asked for Bombay, not Bombay Sapphire. Waiter: Oh, let me look into that. AND, by the way Blue Cheese olives? Extra $1. REALLY? I 've NEVER paid extra for BC olives ANYWHERE. AND the confusing menus that a dish as including an extra sauce, [and I don 't recall the exact language but it made it seem that an additional items could be selected as well. Oops, there goes an extra $10.95. AND, the waiter recommending a twice-baked potato. Bah, boom, another $5.95. [which in fairness is disclosed on the menu in a different location, but waiter made it sound as if it was a no-charge option on the surf and turf. AND the split plate charge which I don 't think was disclosed on the menu. Ding, ding, extra $3.00. Was this a waiter, who was overly up-selling or restaurant deception? Don 't know. As I said, the food WAS good. AND, the ambience [at least in the bar area, stay away of the hotel-ballroom-like main dining area was nice. Just beware the nickel and dime charges that the waiter won 't be disclosing to you."
