"This was my second time dining with Buccann. I visited them for brunch a few weeks ago, then most recently for Cinco de Mayo. Both times the service was very slow with regards to a waiter/ waitress taking my orders and the food being delivered to my table. I even witnessed a table that was there before I came wait forever for their food and when their food was delivered to their table it was incorrect. When I went for brunch, the food was average but could have been better. Last night for Cinco de Mayo, the food was meh. I ordered the birria tacos and it contained more cheese than meat and lacked in flavor. Overall, for as many people that frequents them, the service and food needs major improvement. I will not be returning."

As for wheelchair accessibility, while you can enter the restaurant in a wheelchair, navigating inside is quite difficult.

I'm not one for noisy establishments, but then again, I'm getting up there in age. :)Other than the high volumed music, service and food made up for it in many ways. Staff is very professional and attentive. Food is well presented, and kudos to the chef and his team, well made. Our first time and won't be our last.

I ordered fried chicken with rice and beans, and unfortunately, the fried chicken was extremely dry—like sandpaper mixed with dirt. It was frustrating that they even charged me for the burnt, dry chicken. The rice wasn't cooked properly either; it seemed like they used too much water, making it a bit spongy. This will definitely be my first and last visit here. View menu

I've been seeing a lot about this place on social media, so I decided to check it out. We didn’t order any main courses, but we did try the henny mango and a few of their other tasty offerings. The server and staff were lovely, which makes me think they pay attention to feedback. The appetizers were just “okay”; they weren’t bad, but they didn’t exceed my expectations either. I would return if I'm in the area, as the main dishes might impress me more!

The customer service has isn’t always the greatest but I’ve heard good things about the brunch menu, so I thought for Mother’s Day I’ll bring my mom mother in law here. We made a reservation on open table. When we got to the restaurant they told us they only had a limited menu which was mainly seafood, which wasn’t shown on open table or social media. So we just had drinks left. The server was trying to get us to stay but someone in our party had a shellfish allergy and they cook everything in the same oil. They weren’t really accommodating. The whole establishment is just a no for us.

"Fantastic neighborhood gem. Food was flavorful, cozy, inviting, and fun. Not fussy or arrogant, but cooked with love, execution, and straight from the heart. My favorite was the Burrata dish, a cold cheese dish with the seductively sumptuous balsamic glaze and the best thinsliced prosciutto I ever had thankfully not too salty as it was packed with flavor. The bread was fantastic for mopping up the rich tomato based seafood app.My wife and I loved the seafood spaghetti dish, although the dark brown think buckwheat spaghetti surprised us at first. The rich white wine broth and clams were fantastic, but the noodles were perplexing and intriguing and fantastic!. The whole wheat made it seem like it might be tough but it was smooth and chewy, while still hearty. And yet it almost felt too soft and about melt, although there was a firm elasticity to it! The scallops risotto was rich and decadent. Temp was good. The service was good, the outdoor ambience was wonderful, the napkin's bluegray hue resonated with my wife, and the plates were gorgeous.Overall, it was excellent and worthy of going back and recommending to friends and family. The meal may not have been technically flawless the delicious octopus could stand to be grilled or cooked a tad longer, but it was still perfectly authentic, heartfelt, and admirably executed. It straddled the fine line between elevatedelegant and homey. It accomplished what it set out to do and delivered on what one would expect! We live outside the city, so we won't be able to visit often, which may be good, because this is such a fine neighborhood establishment—if I lived nearby, I'd definitely be in danger of blowing my monthly dining budget"
