"I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant recently. They misplaced our order and ended up serving several customers who arrived after us. All I received were excuses from the staff, such as "I just got here" or "I'm not the manager." When the manager finally showed up, he didn't apologize at all. Instead, he mentioned that it was a busy Friday, despite the fact that there were only about seven people in the lobby and around six to seven cars in the drive-thru, with approximately eight employees working at that time. He offered us fries as a form of compensation, but still, no apology was given. I took the fries and left. I believe that person should not be a manager, considering his poor customer service skills. This was the worst experience I've ever had at this place, and it happened around 7 PM on Friday, October 6, 2023."

Do not recommend. They never gave us a receipt and then proceeded to forget almost half of our order. Workers were just chit chatting in front of the window while we were waiting for our order. The food we did receive was very sloppy just thrown together.

Do not recommend, ordered a chicken fry meal and a whopper and chicken nuggets meal for delivery. Restaurant took a hour and 10 minutes to prepare the food and the dasher took 10 minutes to get across town. The food was cold and very stale, fries were inedible and most of it got thrown away. Burger King offered me a 5 dollar off coupon my next purchase. When half my food was inedible. States they're policy only allows them to give the coupons for 5 off

I got 2 chicken sandwich tast like fish was so gross if I wanted fish I would have got fish I spend $8 some people do not like fish so you shouldn't cook them next to each other And some people are allergic to fish so that's Is a law suit waiting to happen. And the fries were cold and had no salt on them at all worst food ever do better. And if you like chicken don't get it there it's way to gross and don't taste like chicken at all you are better off spending your money some place else
