"I made reservations for this new restaurant a week and a half ago. When we got there there were no issues with the reservation. When we were seated, the waitress seemed new and very inexperienced. She took our drink orders. I added a coffee to our order after the drink orders were taken. When I got it I wasnât given any silverware or a straw or a spoon of any kind. I ended up waiting another to minutes before I ended up having to get up and get my own utensil of some kind to stir the coffee. Everybody placed their orders for dinner and it seem to take a while but we figured that was because they were busy. The waitress never checked back in with us in the interim, and everyone elseâs meal was brought out but mine. The person who was bringing out the food dishes said well weâre out of what you ordered. At this point it had been minutes since we ordered and I was not about to place another order for a different meal item. That server indicated the manager would be over in just a few minutes to talk with me. minutes later no manager ever showed. At this point I am standing in the restaurant until somebody sees me, I flag down the manager and tell her of the horror experience we had on our Valentineâs Day double date. Never once did she apologize only kept saying that she completely understood. I proceeded to tell her that we would not be paying for our meals and that we will never be coming back to this restaurant. The inexperienced waitress was the only person to offer an apology. In between all of this chaos another server came over and offered to get me a refill on my coffee which then never showed up. Donât know if it was because they were too busy and understaffed Or just an inexperienced restaurant. I would never recommend this place. Sure they comped our meal but they also didnât offer to have us come back for a different and improved experience."

Might have been a rough night. Server comped of the meals because he knew that things were going poorly. Iâd give them another shot on a less busy day. Shrimp app was delicious, but cold.

The waitress was super nice but the baked beans were awful! I got pulled pork and burnt ends it was for how much it was there wasnât that much on the plate. Definitely didnât think it was worth the value. View menu

The server was very friendly, but I was disappointed by the baked beans. I ordered the pulled pork and burnt ends, which cost $19. The portion size on the plate was not very generous. Overall, I did not feel that it was worth the price.

Ended up stopping in here as it was one of the only places we could find that still had reservations available on Valentine’s Day weekend. The food was absolutely amazing and the service was great as well, The atmosphere is very romantic and their wine selection is great.

Short version worst dining of my life!! On Valentine's Day reserved table, got in on time then the wheels fell off. Took waiter forever to show up finally got us a drink menu took drink order and appetizer ordered. Then a waitress finally brings our drinks and says she is taking over assures us that appetizer is in takes our main order. About minutes later, my wife's salad is brought out no appetizer. ? the appetizer, told they'll check on. Another minutes, nothing ask again about appetizer will check on/ doesn't return.
