"Absolutely delicious chocolate! We have been going here for special occasions for years. All other chocolates have been ruined for me! The staff are always friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. They serve the cocoa at perfect drinking temp. We came here after seeing Wonka for cocoa and bon bons, and it was the perfect date. We now come here after every movie date. My personal favorites are the orange, raspberry, lemon, amaretto, and coconut bon bons. My only complaint is that they changed the recipe of the forest berry bon bon. It used to be my absolute favorite. I miss the old recipe, but that's just me. We haven't tried the gelato yet, but I will update my review once we do. "After waiting for about 40 minutes, our food finally arrived, but it was cold. Despite looking amazing in the photos, the food would likely have been better if it had been served hot. When we asked the waitress about the temperature of our food, she explained that the kitchen was having difficulties and had been comping meals due to ongoing issues. We decided to take our food home, hoping it would taste better reheated. Although the experience was disappointing, the waitress provided excellent service, being apologetic and kind throughout. I am unlikely to return to this restaurant in the future."

"I saw a co-worker with a very delicious looking decent sized lunch salad. I decided to get one myself for dinner. I went for the same salad, the spinach and goat cheese. I decided to go with the half order thinking that dinner portions are normally larger. The salad was 7.50 base and then I paid an extra 1.75 to add chicken. I don 't know if it was because I ordered pickup through GrubHub, or something else, but the experience was terrible. I was never notified that my order was ready. I called the store 5 minutes after my scheduled pickup window had closed and they said oh yeah, it 's ready right here . This was 32 minutes after I placed the order, GrubHub initially said 15-20 minute wait. I checked the box to include cutlery with my order but when I arrived it was not in the bag. I stood at the bar for a couple minutes waiting to be recognized, but I eventually had to interrupt someone behind the counter to ask for cutlery. After I got on the road and started eating, I realized there was no chicken added to my salad. The size of the salad was extremely disappointing, as you can see below compared to the size of my hand. Was closer to 1/4 or 1/3 salad than 1/2. After it was all said and done I paid 9.96 for a snack sized salad that took longer to prepare than promised and contained multiple mistakes on the order. The only reason I didn 't give 1 star is because the salad itself was delicious and fresh. Based on service and value per spent, this was my first and last visit. Edit: I just realized that the salad was also supposed to come with rosemary flatbread that I didn 't receive. Dropping to 1 star, service, value, accuracy, timeliness, all terrible. Flavor is the only thing they got right, but not enough to overcome all the flaws."

"Now, on to the less favorable aspects. From the moment we arrived, there was no greeting, no acknowledgment—nothing. The restaurant was not busy at all around 4 PM, yet the staff seemed to completely overlook both me and my husband. The service was incredibly slow. After a while, one kind woman asked if we had been helped, but we had already been sitting at the bar for a while with menus that I had to request. She mentioned that another staff member would come to take our order, but we continued to wait. We even considered walking out. While we sat there, I noticed another woman at the bar who had also been waiting a long time without any greeting or reassurance about her pickup order. When she was finally attended to, she received an apology for her wait. Shortly after, a man came in to pick up his phone order, only to discover that it had been lost due to a name mishap. And yet, we still waited. At least by then, our order had been placed. When our order finally arrived, we could have easily walked out without paying because the woman never processed our payment. Fortunately, since we are honest people, we informed her that we hadn’t paid yet. Overall, we were quite disappointed with the customer service and the attentiveness of the staff, although the food was excellent. I'm giving the restaurant no less than four stars, hoping that they were just having an off day."

"Twisted Vine is an excellent pub that allows you to bring in food from nearby restaurants. The interior is spacious, featuring numerous tables and a section suitable for larger groups. They offer a wide range of beers, including both local craft options and popular international choices. While parking can be a bit tricky, you can usually find a spot within a minute's walk. If you're seeking a fantastic place to enjoy a beer at a reasonable price—or if you just want something to sip on while waiting for your Sauced order—Twisted Vine is definitely the spot for you!"
