"I was extremely impressed with every aspect of the newly opened Higgins Hotel, including the restaurant and bar. Staff is top notch. The menu is creative and robust, with unexpected pairings to delight the foodies, as well as traditional favorites for those who aren't so adventurous. The wine list is equally diverse, as are the cocktails. Again, for a brand new hotel, the staff impressed me the most everyone clearly loves what they do and is very good at it. While enjoying Cafe Normandie, be sure to visit the rooftop bar with a Rosie the Riveter theme. Great views and creative cocktails, along with the normal fare. And visit the WWII Museum if at all possible it's right next door!"

All good. Great bar and cocktails. Relatively newly trained wait staff very very attentive.

We had breakfast here. Great tasting food. Service was very friendly. A little pricey but you pay for convenience.

We dined for my birthday and enjoyed the beautiful restaurant setting. If they work out the kinks, this could be a can’t miss restaurant! View menu

it was a great culinary experience and we will definitely come back. the entire hotel, including caffe normandie, is designed in detail in the actual time. we will always return.

Has promise, but suffering early missteps. Despite small crowd, the service was slow, particularly from the bar. Food wss relatively good, but overpriced. The restaurant and kitchen are well designed and attractive, but all need more seasoning.

I had higher expectations. It took approximately 30 minutes for the appetizers to be served. The main courses were not brought to the table simultaneously, and there was a misunderstanding regarding one of them. That said, the ambiance and decor of the restaurant are quite nice. View menu

The rooftop bar, Rosie's, had four bartenders, yet no cocktail servers. Despite the lack of customers, they were preoccupied with side tasks and didn’t even make eye contact. Frustrated, we decided to leave. This venue has the potential to be exceptional, but without improved service, I fear it will turn into just another typical tourist hotel restaurant. The atmosphere is fantastic, with no expense spared, but the lack of quality service is a major drawback.

We ordered the local baked fish for two, which was beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. My only suggestion would be to have the dish served tableside, with the fish being filleted and plated for us, rather than leaving it to the diners. I believe this would elevate the overall dining experience. As a relatively new establishment, I understand there may be some growing pains, but introducing tableside service could allow for more menu options. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy any after-dinner treats due to another appointment, but I'm definitely looking forward to our next visit!
