"I tried the Oat-ly Mocha and was quite pleased with it. It's a decent coffee, though not particularly remarkable. I had high expectations since it was the last drink on the menu. However, her chocolate croissant was fantastic—I savored every bite. Their hot beverages come in charming little blue to-go cups with a printed quote on the bottom and a branded sleeve, which adds a nice touch. Nothing overly extravagant, but it definitely deserves a mention. The only downside is the seating area is right by the front doors, which means it's often breezy inside, making it a bit chilly in winter. On the plus side, there are plenty of outlets and seating options available. Overall, I recommend visiting at least once!"

Rude customer service mediocre goods. They are in such a nice space for them to not be kinder. View menu

The customer service was poor. I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich but when I received it, it was still cold. I returned the sandwich, but they refused to heat it up for me. Additionally, they didn’t provide any carriers for the four drinks I ordered.

Are these reviews real? This place sucks. The food is expensive and tastes old and basic. Coffee is ok it not even good. This place is obviously surviving on people that don’t know good food and tourists that don’t know better. Can’t wait for the next coffee place that will surely be here soon.

I can't emphasize enough how fantastic this coffee shop is. It often goes unnoticed by people outside the hotel guests, but I had some of the most exquisite coffee along with an unforgettable pistachio pastry here. It's located in downtown LA, between 7th and Wilshire and Fig. If you're tempted to stop at the Starbucks in Target (I understand it's convenient), I encourage you to come here instead. View menu

False advertising: Café WG publishes being open until 7pm, but it is not. We just got turned down at 6:53pm because they shut down the espresso machine ahead of closing time. A café where you cannot get espresso is not “open”.WG should be honest to customers and update their opening hours, or serve espresso until 7pm. This café is not putting customers first. Downtown life is busy and people time their activities tightly. We had planned ahead to get coffee at this location and found our time wasted because WG’s false advertising. The extra star is because staff behind the counter is nice, but management is responsible for the false advertising.
