"I love posting reviews on business ' that are just a delight to go to. Calabash Creamery is one of those places. All of the service people were delightful, and the owner hooked me up , with Southern Bourbon Pecan. I enjoyed it so very much, I indulged myself to a second cone. This ice cream is addictive, and my wife refused me a third coneful. Called divorce lawyer, but he declined due to insufficent grounds. LOL Truely worth the trip from Myrtle Beach to enjoy this treat, but leaving wife home next trip !"

I?ve been going here for 7 years. So delicious! Don?t let the line scare you. They are fast. My order is the same every time. Banana pudding ice cream with hot fudge and wet nuts. So so good! Everyone that works here is always so sweet as well.

The ice cream at this restaurant is delicious! There are plenty of delicious flavors to choose from. It is a very popular spot with fantastic outdoor seating that includes rocking chairs. My favorite flavor so far has been the southern bourbon pecan. Don't worry about long lines, as they move quickly. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. View menu

I had an amazing experience at Calabash Creamery with their excellent egg dish. The service was fast and friendly, and the portions were generous. I highly recommend trying their homemade waffle cones which are freshly made and crispy. The front terrace is adorned with comfortable swing chairs, making it a welcoming spot to take a break. I definitely plan on returning to this restaurant.

Stopped into Calabash Creamery because my wife was craving ice cream. She had the banana split and I had a hot chocolate with pumpkin spice. They were both pretty good. As you walk in you're heated with a large counter with a large selection of home made ice cream flavors. There is a freezer off to the side with a number of pints that are in grab and go containers. You step up to the counter where you're able to see the available flavors. There are signs stating that

"Firstly, there was Mr. Bottomless Pit seated in the corner—a sight that could rival any competitive eating contest. This guy had a table to himself and was devouring food with such gusto that I half-expected him to start licking his plate clean with his tongue. The amount of food he shoveled into his mouth could have fed a small village for a week. His table was a mountain of discarded napkins and crumpled menus, and I swear I heard a collective gasp from the neighboring tables every time he reached for another serving. Then there was Ms. Indecisive at the salad bar. She spent a good fifteen minutes examining each leaf of lettuce as if it were a rare gemstone. She picked up a cherry tomato, squinted at it, and then placed it back with a look of profound contemplation. By the time she finally assembled her salad, it resembled a modern art installation more than a meal. At another table, a group of teenagers were engaged in a heated debate over who could create the tallest Jenga tower out of breadsticks. Crumbs were flying everywhere as they meticulously balanced each stick, occasionally collapsing into fits of laughter that echoed through the entire restaurant. And let 's not forget the couple at the romantic candlelit table near the window. They seemed to be having a lovers ' quarrel that was loud enough to rival an opera performance. Every sentence ended with a dramatic gesture and an exasperated sigh. I half-expected them to break into a rendition of Don 't Cry for Me Argentina at any moment. As for the service, it was a comedy of errors. Our waiter seemed to be auditioning for a slapstick comedy routine, juggling plates and forgetting orders with impressive consistency. At one point, he accidentally poured a glass of water into a gentleman 's lap, who promptly stood up with a startled yelp, creating a mini-flood in the middle of the dining room. CHAOS. ???????????"
