"Our food came out cold. Our fries tasted like they were dipped in hot grease for about 15 seconds. Everything was greasy and tastes of old oil. My wife also bit into something that almost chipped her tooth/ knocked her braces bracket loose and the waitress told me wife it was a pearl and that she was lucky because of what happened. Really? You think she's lucky for almost breaking a tooth? First time there will be our last time. Go to captain Nance's. Much better quality and taste. Oh yeah, I don't know why they're trying to pass off his scallops but those are not scallops."

Was on my way to Ella's but I believe it caught fire so I stopped here. Everything is fried so that wasn't good , the girl at the window called me by someone's name and I told her no I'm not picking up , I'm placing an order, she was rude as can be. For 20.00 I got 3.00 worth of food. Will not be going back even if it was free, I like broiled or baked not grease.

I have been going to this restaurant for 30 years. I haven't been much since the pandemic. I went there on July 21st for my birthday with family. I was so disappointed! The food was cool when served. My favorite part was to have my shrimp piping hot just like it use to be) The senior plate use to be plenty of food but now the plate is a tiny little saucer size with not much food for the money). I am 5'2 127lbs and I ate everything plus hushpuppies to get full. It's not what it use to be unfortunately. Beck's across the street was much better! I tried that recently.
