"very disappointed for the second time in order. a dish came out cool not even warm. the person who brought it to the table was not the one who took the order, but this is what she said, not sure what this is or who it is. it was manicotti. we had to send it back. we complained to this person who was not again the one who took our order, and her answer was that we are short staff and she rings only the sales. we were advised that timothy has gone to another restaurant and they are sent! since we are in layers of dinner, as a court had to go back, we saw two other tables complaining and we are so sad that you tell many. this what a favorite of them for a long time and we did give him a second chance, but two times in a series of problems means that we continue to expand in cafe and they should be a care for them. the people in wilmington are very well connected and the word is out that cantina di napoli is not what it was earlier. after leaving, we heard our server cursing from the cook! guess his tips were influenced by lack of continentality in the kitchen."

Best mussels we have enjoyed in a very long time, yummy!!! Veal scallopini, Bronzino stuffed with crab, veal piccata dinners were done to perfection! We love any of the Napoli restaurants, and this one is amazing. Very different from Kirkwood Highway. This one has small plates and lots of tapas/appetizers. When we go , we get a bunch of different small plates and make a wonderful meal out of them. Flavors are always spot on, and you won 't go hungry, as their small plates are the size of other place 's regular entrees!

Good place to have excellent meal every aspect was delicious. Great selection! Anyone could find several things that they would enjoy. Can't wait to go back again. Would like to have several different tapas next time! On the other hand, entrees are so yummy too. Just can't go wrong no matter what you choose. Nice place to bring an out of town friend to show off local cuisine without being too pricey. Nice casual atmosphere.

WOW! Do not let being in a shopping center stop you from visiting here! There are so many restaurants in the Trolley Square area of Wilmington, that my boyfriend and I unfortunately overlooked this place for too long. The whole staff was accommodating and friendly. The prices were reasonable and portions were HUGE! If you go you HAVE to get the garlic knots! For only $4 we were expecting maybe 4 5 to split, but it was the biggest plate EVER and they were the best I've ever had. If you appreciate good, home cooked Italian you have to visit! View menu

My only complaint lies in the confusing billing practices and the waitress's overly complicated responses when I asked about pricing and the bill. When I inquired about two additional charges on the final bill, only one was removed, leaving one still on the invoice. The waitress explained the remaining charge as an add-on for a participant, despite it lacking clarity in the menu description. However, despite the billing confusion, the overall experience was enjoyable in a family-friendly environment.

We had a negative experience here a few weeks ago and mentioned it to the owner after visiting Cafe Napoli. We decided to give it another try tonight, and I’m happy to say that the food was excellent, just as we remembered! Our server was sweet and accommodating when we did see her, but that was infrequent. We ended up waiting about 20 minutes for our bill. I wanted to order another glass of wine, but she didn’t notice when I finished my glass. She wasn’t around much, so I’m not sure what kept her.
