"I arrived at the restaurant at 7 PM on a Saturday night, and they were supposed to be open until 11 PM. I noticed that people were leaving the drive-thru after waiting over 30 minutes for their orders. Inside, there was only one couple eating, and the doors were locked. There were two staff members behind the counter, but despite knocking several times, they didn’t respond. I eventually called the restaurant, and after numerous attempts, a woman finally answered. When I asked why the doors were locked, she replied in broken English that they only had one cook. I requested that she unlock the doors, but she refused. Having worked in a fast-paced restaurant before, I can attest that it's possible to manage with just one cook. It’s frustrating to see such a lack of effort in today’s work environment. I also wonder if it’s legal for a restaurant to lock its doors during operating hours when there are customers inside, unless it’s an emergency. This establishment definitely needs new management."

Carl's used to be one of my go-to spots, but it feels a bit pricey now. Thankfully, they had a $6 meal option that was quite satisfying. It included two sandwiches, fries, a drink, and a cookie—hard to beat that deal! The food is consistently good and served hot, and the service is always friendly.

This is a fantastic restaurant with a friendly and efficient staff. The drive-thru can be a bit slow at times, but this is usually due to the customers. Sometimes, the delay may be caused by the staff taking extra time to ensure they get everyone's orders correct, which shows that they value their customers.

It’s an okay spot, but while my friend and I were having lunch, we decided to give the fish sandwich a try. It was decent, but I have to say that the portion sizes seem smaller than I remember! The rolls are thinner than before, and the French fries are only a quarter of the thickness they used to be. I suppose it's just a reflection of the times. View menu

This is my main place! There were times when my order was wrong, or they gave me my fries, but mostly always his great food taste very delicious! Only what I don't like is if they only accept cash and there is no sign that or when I'm asked to park in the front and forget to give me my order, and I have to go inside, but others then that his big ones!

I just had a terrible experience at the drive-thru. If the employees aren't interested in taking orders, they shouldn't be working there. They really need to train their staff better. I've never had a problem at this place before, but I suppose there's always a first time for everything. The manager just stood by and watched while I spoke to her employee, without saying a word.
