"continue to try to give this restaurant a chance, but in any case to agree with other reviews that it feels that the culture here is only so carefree and not pro customer. ordered online and when I got to the drive thru, I was told that their online system for a few weeks down. they asked for an email confirmation, but all I had received was a message from my bank that the accused was thru. They did my order, but I had to wait and I was told I should not order online instead of repairing it. they said they are a third party and there is nothing they can do."

20 minute wait for 2 burgers and 1 fry is totally unacceptable. The burgers were dry. Drive up customers got prompt service while we were prisoners inside.

Western burger was super small and so were the onion rings. Hardly any taste in the meat or burger overall. Fries were okay tho. Never again America. Never again ! View menu

The dining experience was flawless! The food was warm and freshly prepared. The potato buns were especially delicious compared to traditional buns. The meat was also flavorful and the vegetables were fresh. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and can't comprehend the negative reviews online. It's certainly superior to Burger King or Wendy's.

not the experience I was hoping for. I am a fan of (the original hardee 's carl 's jr for years. all this has changed today. my usual, just to be very disappointed. no, where close to quality. and less of it. that is probably a good thing. not on all freshly prepared foods, but obviously massifs and stacked in a damper?(that was the western burger, but then the pommes had their own disappointment. obviously the chicks - only a few pieces over 2! so, so long carls. I am at burger king.
