"bad customer service,I went and asked for some tacos and they asked me with everything ?and I answered yes... since I was at the table waiting for my tacos, I noticed that another customer was served their tacos with guacamole... which I don't eat because I'm allergicI immediately went to him and told them ,my bad, I didn't know that the tacos included guacamole.. and they told me too late we already put it (at that point I was with my attitude of am sorry my bad and they say am sorry you said with everything and it already has guacamole, (at that point I wasn't upset but I wanted to see that it was their plan and they tell me the only thing we can do is clean them (I thought, what? I told you I'm allergic, how can you tell me that? that attitude It annoyed me... and with a calm attitude I told them, can't you prepare others for me? and they answered me yes but we are going to charge them and I thought in all the places I have been I have looked at many situations and whether it was the fault of the customer, the cook, etc. but always i saw at what they say don't worry right now we will prepare you to your order as you want.then I said how much is it for another order? $12and I told them ok I pay for it.. they asked me and what do I do with the other tacos? I told them throw them away(For $12, was it a reason to lose a customer? How little customer service is worth"

The asada burrito is exceptional. However, the chicken quesadilla tends to get quite watery at the bottom, making it so soggy that you can only really enjoy half of it.

The burrito tortilla is excellent, but I would skip the lettuce next time. The heat of the burrito makes it a bit soggy. Aside from that, it was delicious, and the green salsa was outstanding!

I was in Clovis assisting a friend with their move and decided to sample the carnitas and chicharrón. Both were incredibly tasty! I wholeheartedly recommend the carnitas. Overall, I would give the food a perfect 5 out of 5. View menu

The best burrito I've ever tasted! I ordered the shrimp adobado, and it was fresh, generously sized, and bursting with incredible flavor. The chips were also fresh, and the salsa had a nice little kick to it. I particularly enjoyed its tomato base!

This restaurant has a straightforward approach: you order at the counter and then look for an available table. The food really stood out. The queso birria tacos were exceptional, and the asada burrito was bursting with flavor. We will certainly come back. Overall, I would give the food a rating of 4 out of 5.

I ordered a Quesadilla, but I found that there was cheese only on one side, and the meat was in large chunks instead of being chopped into smaller pieces. The Veggie Burrito had a whole slice of tomato instead of it being diced. Additionally, my meal came with just one serving of red salsa, and I had to ask for extra green salsa, which felt a bit stingy. View menu

Karlitas serves good food, but the prices are a bit steep considering the portion sizes. The flavors are pleasant, but nothing really impresses as exceptional. Every time we order takeout, we’re let down to find the small portion of beans is served icy cold. There’s definitely room for improvement in their side servings. Also, be prepared for a lengthy wait when you place your order. Despite these drawbacks, it's still a place worth visiting, and it’s always lively with diners.

I was traveling and happened to be in town, and their menu really caught my eye. Don’t be misled by the photo—there's actually a generous serving of Asada Fries! They were incredibly tasty, but my two boys could have easily shared one order. Overall, everything was worth the price. The portions are large, and the food is fresh and spot-on! The chips and salsa were fantastic! I absolutely loved the fresh salsa, and the seasoned chips were delicious. My three-taco combo was exactly what I was craving, with plenty of meat packed into each taco. However, I felt the extra charge for the 2 oz cups of guacamole and green salsa was a bit much for such a small amount. While it was good, I think it sh...

"I hadn't been to Prime 13 since it opened several years ago, not for any particular reason. We visited for a Father's Day dinner celebration as it is a local steakhouse. The restaurant is beautiful, dark but relaxed ambiance. Full for a Thursday and it seemed kid friendly which we appreciated as parents-to-be. Patrons were in very relaxed summer attire so it didn't feel so fancy that you had to dress up. They only had two mocktails, tried the one with cucumber and it was very refreshing but at $10 I felt it was a bit overpriced at only $5 less than regular cocktails. They have a pretty good date night option for weeknights so we picked two small salads, one protein dish to split and one side with two (very small) desserts. We added on a starter that we probably could've done without but we wanted to try the Cajun bites. It was steak tips in salsa with chips. Good but not great. For the start of dinner our salads were okay, mine was pretty basic dinner salad I would've preferred the wedge but it's not an option with the special even though it's priced the same. Now for the tomahawk steak, this is where they wowed. It was huge!! we couldn't even finish half and VERY tasty and tender. Definitely the star of our visit; the sides were once again good but not great, for the seasonal veggies they brought out seasoned corned and we added on the hatch Mac and cheese (not spicy at all, which I was happy about) otherwise the special only comes with one side. My husband had two cocktails he said were good but he didn't seem overly impressed compared to other old fashioned's he's had. Overall we did enjoy our dinner and thought the service was good. We had them package our desserts to go. It was a chocolate mousse pie and creme brûlée. I liked my brûlée but it was a tiny portion, (not that I needed more). after all of our add ons and tip we spent several hundred dollars. I'd visit again to try other selections but for the value (minus the steak) it's not breaking into my favorite local places for a nice dinner."
