"Our waiter, Anthony, seemed shocked when I called him over to address the issue, and he quickly went to fetch the manager. The manager came over, and I showed him the lobster shell pieces. He explained that it was a possibility for pieces to remain when the lobster is removed from the shell, but he offered no apology or compensation for the experience. I hadn't requested to see a manager; Anthony believed that would resolve the issue. The manager did offer to get me something else, but I hesitated to order again, concerned that I might encounter the same problem. He ended the interaction by wishing me a happy birthday and encouraging me to enjoy my night. The manager's response seemed lacking in empathy and was indicative of poor customer service—like he didn't care about the situation. I couldn't help but wonder if his response would have been different if I were of another race. The food quality was a solid ten, despite my inability to fully enjoy the lobster roll due to this experience."

Stephen and Natalia provided fantastic service during our dining experience. We enjoyed dinner and spent over $100 per person. The food was excellent, earning a 5 out of 5, as was the service and the atmosphere, both also rated 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the dish named Caroline's.

Worst experience ever. Would not recommend not even my worst enemy. I’ve been in a lot of situations but Ive never wanted to make it about race however this particular situation goes outside of a normal situation- the bartenders (one male one female) were horrible no personality no customer service and drinks below average 0/10 wouldn’t recommend- there are other hotels in the city where businesses is much more appreciated Meal type: Other
