"Added out table of 6 request via the website at 12:00 noon for 6pm. Received an email that said we were added to the list for 6 pm. Arrived at Carrabba’s at 5:45 and were told we did not show up on time so we were “x’d” off. I showed hostess the email and she got an attitude and another hostess says” it’s okay I got it.” We still waited to be seated and I am sure our table was given away before we arrived 15 minutes early. This was a birthday. Took a long time and our waitress said it was because of some big parties in the back. I ordered lobster ravioli- warm —def not hot. Dry pasta tops because they were a not covered in sauce. Last time at Carrabba’s for us."

Wasn't the best Carrabba's experience I've had. We waited for a long time after being seated for our waiter. He was fabulous after he got there and did his best to make up for the extensive wait. The pasta was dry and a bit over cooked. I know that the dish I ordered is great and so are many others BUT this just wasn't the best experience.

I went there with my family for my birthday. The server we had was outstanding! He was very helpful, polite and had the best personality. Even though we had a large party, everything came out quick. In the excitement of the day, I don't recall his name however. He was a young man. He had his hair (dreds) pulled back. My daughters left him a very generous tip.
