"If I cld give this 0 stars I would!!! Got here at 7:16 pm and didn't get our food until almost 9 pm. Look at this garbage! Finally got a chance to talk to the owner. He came and stood on the opposite table of me and said he couldn't see the food. I literally had to get up out of my seat and take my plate over to him so that he could see it. Told him how long I had waited and asked is this what they're serving their customers. He gave me an excuse of them being short staffed. This food had to have been in the window for a while because you can see the butter had melted and the baked potato looked like all the staff dug in and got a bite before serving it to me. Took ONE bite out of the sandwich and now my stomach hurts. My daughters mashed pot never came. I was absolutely disgusted! Disappointed is an understatement!!! I would not patronize this place ever again!!!"

Man, the wings were surprisingly good, and it's not that my expectations were low. It's just getting harder and harder to get good wings. The wife and kids enjoyed their food as well. The service was great!

The owner of this restaurant had a challenging night, as none of the wait staff showed up for work. He took it upon himself to manage the entire floor and the bar. As expected, the service was a bit slow, but he put in a tremendous effort. Overall, great job and delicious food!

If you have a 10pm close then you should honor it. We went for dinner and got there at 9pm. The restaurant was empty and the waitress said she was no longer taking customers because she was the only waitress. This is what I call bad customer service! It was our first time and never again! I'm giving this restaurant a 5-star rating primarily because of our server, Sierra. She has provided exceptional service. During the day, she efficiently manages the entire restaurant and bar on her own, and she hasn't made a single mistake with our orders. It's truly impressive! She definitely deserves a substantial raise!

I called to order lunch for volunteers on a Sunday but they only do the the brunch menu on Sunday’s so no sandwiches. I won’t try to give them my money again. The word Brunch is formed from Breakfast and Lunch but the menu items on the brunch menu are all breakfast oriented. Also, the menu in the website is one thing and then you click “order online” and it is completely different and much more expensive.

We came here because we thought it was this other, similar restaurant. Big mistake. Some kind of weird flavorless casserole they are calling Mac and cheese, the kids hated it. Found a hair in my water. Weirdly very expensive, and the price seems to act as customer repellant. Shared an entree with my love because the prices were just d Empty restaurant on a Friday night, what's really going on? This is two stars instead of one because the waitress was super nice. Possible candidate for Kitchen Nightmares. View menu

We went to this restaurant, thinking it was a different, similar establishment by mistake. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a major disappointment. The mac and cheese was just a bland, strange casserole, and the kids didn't enjoy it at all. To make matters worse, I found a hair in my water. The prices were unexpectedly high, which likely drove away customers; the place was almost empty on a Friday night. We opted to share an entrée due to the outrageous prices. I'm giving it two stars instead of one solely because the waitress was very friendly. This place might be a contender for Kitchen Nightmares.

We moved onto Cedarcrest road in early April, and this place became our regular go to as the prices were great between food and drinks. I would say 1/3 visits something was wrong with the food or not cooked right, but again it happens and it's cheap. But, what is inexcusable is for the owner to be as apprehensive and irritable as he is when there's an issue. I had to ask for chicken to be removed from our tab as it was undercooked and something clearly wrong with the taste. Owner proceeds to come talk to us being very apprehensive and grilling us with questions. It's a $10 order, I don't care about the money, I just wanted dinner. Not going back anytime soon.

"I visited today Botolino Gelateria Artigianale in Dallas, and I have to say, it was an unforgettable experience! Since they opened their first shop in 2015, I’ve heard so many great things about this gelateria, but nothing prepared me for the delightful treat that awaited me. After trying their gelato, I was so impressed that I even did my own research to understand the magic behind the flavors I was tasting. The moment I walked in, I could see why Botolino has become a favorite among locals. The gelato is crafted using traditional Italian methods, which gives it a creamy, rich texture that is simply divine. It’s no wonder they’ve won awards like “Best Gelato in Dallas” and have been recognized in various culinary competitions for their innovative flavors. The variety at Botolino is impressive. I tried the rich Pistachio, mascarpone with figs and the decadent Stracciatella. Each flavor was bursting with authentic taste, and I could truly appreciate the quality of the ingredients used. It was like taking a little trip to Italy with every bite! What really stood out to me was the friendly staff, who were eager to share their passion for gelato. They offered me samples and helped guide my choices, making the experience even more enjoyable. In short, my visit to Botolino Gelateria Artigianale was nothing short of amazing. If you’re in Dallas and looking for high-quality gelato, do yourself a favor and stop by. You won’t be disappointed—I know I’ll be back for more soon!"
