"Full disclosure, I'm the Thursday night KJ, so I have a slight bias. That being said, karaoke at this bar is a blast regardless of whether you go Thursday, Friday, or Saturday. The crowd is eclectic and diverse and the music selection matches the diversity. They are always supportive and the energy is great. The KJs are high energy and only take up slots in the rotation if there aren't a lot of singers. The line can get long on busy nights but the they keep the rotation moving so you can usually sing two to three songs, or more. If you want to sing a lot, show up right at 9:00pm. Karaoke goes until 2:00am.If there's a song you want but the KJ doesn't own the file yet, most of the time they'll download it for a small fee. You can even pay to have a file created for you but it takes about a week. The food is average bar food and the drinks are reasonably priced."

I love you guys, been coming for years. But a $5 cover is insane. We have come almost every weekend and spend beyond the $5…. Hate to move on from you guys but man… take care of your fan base

Fun bar. Nice people. Strong drinks. I even saw people dancing. Lots of games and friendly staff. Was a nice place to go on a first date. Not too loud, not too crowded. Just right. Made me cheerful LOL.

Bar channels where beautiful. the place had a nice feeling. it wasn't amazing, but in no case bad. my only negatiw would not be little people would not be able to reach the bathroom door button, as it is close to eye height and requires a passcode. View menu

chiller than I would've expected for it's location. I had a great time coming thru for a couple beers mid day. gets pretty wild some nights on the weekend but it's usually a pretty good crowd imo. would definitely come thru for a cheap beer and a shot of whiskey.

that is a sporty with karaoke. basic bar eating is good, service is good. today I watched a basketball game with two minutes to go, they switched off all tvs to set up for karaoke. someone has to be more attentive and sensitive to the males who observe a rest in a sportable one.

Major disappointment to walk in and find out the whole staff was replaced. They were the only reason to stop by. The drinks are over priced, there is a cover fee even though it’s not busy or exiting. Wings are not bad, although over priced and last time I ate them I got sick. I recommend Suki’s down the street View menu

Attended this bar on weekends a handful of times and found it to be a very cool college bar. Although recently have stopped a few times for food after work and was extremely impressed with the quality of food and service from staff during the weekdays so to my surprise this place is definitely more than just a college bar ?

I came back to the city and came to visit one of my favorite places to be greeted wings and the atmosphere only by a bartender who was rude, shocking and abrupt to me. I decided to go karaoke without drinking or singing. of course my interactions with him or to say lamentable and I will not be happy to come back to my next visit home.

"Boxcar Pizza does creative all vegan pizza done Detroit style. I am from NY and had plenty of pizza there in the day before I was vegan. Pizza and NY are synonymous. I would love to check out Screamer's Pizza in NY next time I am there.I have only had Detroit Pizza one other time and happened to be vegan. It was alright when I had it then. I have been to Detroit where the talented rapper Eminem is from. Detroit is where the pinball like running back legend Detroit Lion Barry Sanders played. Detroit is where I was in awe when I saw the Diego Rivera murals there. Detroit isn't known for it's pizza yet lately Detroit pizza seems to be getting popular.Detroit Pizza is like a cross between Sicilian and Chicago deep dish yet comes in a square with four slices. Boxcar Pizza was named best vegan pizza this past year in Veg News magazine so had great expectations coming here. Boxcar Pizza delivered! I went with the Viktor Vaughn pizza. The pizza came with mozzarella, cheddar, kale, red onions, ricotta, mama lil's peppers, and pesto. I got it with a side of red sauce for dipping which I recommend. The pizza was very tasty. Plenty of flavor. It was a bit rich and filling for plenty of vegan cheese was used. Perhaps a touch less vegan cheese and other pizza pies with more veggies would be nice. I like that this pizza had plenty of veggies on it. I just got this and was able to eat it all. Each pizza serves one to two depending on your appetite. If you come with a friend or spouse might be good to split one and order a Kale Caesar salad to share.Viktor Vaughn is the real name of Dr. Doom who happens to be the arch enemy of the Fantastic Four in the Marvel Comics. Viktor Vaughn is also a British rapper. There are many different kinds of pizza here and am so happy that a vegan pizza place delivers tasty vegan pizza. I hope they open up branches in other cities.Recommended!"
