Chick-fil-a - Menu

All the employees are excellent and I really enjoyed the pimento cheese chicken sandwich

I had to wait a long time to place my order, and even after I repeated it twice, the server still didn't get it right. I'm really disappointed with the experience.

Food was good, but the service left a bad taste in my mouth. When it was my turn to order the cashier just starred at me and didn’t say anything. She didn’t smile at all and had a demeanor as if I was inconveniencing her for being there. I will think twice about returning to this location.

I am a big fan of Chick-fil-A. The majority of the time the food is good. I do wish places would work on their customer service because some people are rude. To give the benefit of doubt I will say maybe they were just having a bad day. After all we areall human and have bad days from time to time. ????

I recently moved to Camden a few months ago, and I have to say, be sure to check your food before leaving the drive-thru. They forget one to three items with a 50% rate, and that's not an exaggeration. This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A I've visited in the country. Food was excellent as always and 2:45 is late for us for lunch however that seems to be a lull in visitors so if your looking for a late lunch it's a good option. I will say usually all of the employees have it together but the young blonde-haired manthat waited on me looked like he'd opened multiple ketchup packages and squirted them on himself and his demeanor was far frompleasant. I'm pretty sure he was exhausted and should have knocked off sooner rather than later.

Waited at the takeout menu to order for over 15 minutes no one said anything to us then comes out to young men working on tablets took them a few minutes to get their mics working. Couldn't pull out or forward to get help as to all the cars there. Would of been nice if someone on the speaker would of said something to myself and the car next to me as to what was going on but nothing was said nor was it knowledge when I said something to the young man or the lady at the window when I got my food.

Went there tonight with a mobile order and waited over 15 minutes in line for someone to take my name. When I got to the front to have my name taken, it was apparently shift change or a break, neither employee acknowledged me or said anything to me, they talked with each other, but not me. Then waited in the drive thru lane only to be told to pull around to the front and wait for my food, others behind me passed me with their orders. When they finally came out with my order they forgot one of the meals. They told me that my order was being made fresh and would be hot... by the time I waited for the missing meal, my food was cold.
