"For our son's 10th birthday, we decided to try to go out somewhere that really enforces the guidelines for eating out during the pandemic. Chili's seemed the place to go, and we were happy with our choice. It was very clean, and social distancing was in place. A QR code took us to the menu which was easy enough to follow. Our food was good. I love the onion petals and fried pickles. My wife loves the new brisket quesadillas. Our server was terrific and very accommodating. He helped us by getting some warm water and a spoon so that we could feed our baby some oatmeal. All in all, it was enjoyable and relatively stress-free, which is hard to come by in public these days. I don't like to go out during the pandemic, but if I wanted to eat dinner somewhere again, I would probably choose Chili's."

Drinks are expensive, but sizes are generous. occupancy sees 50% capacity. Food was tasty, but lukewarm came.

Dirty sticky table upon arrival. Had hostess to wipe it down. Ordered the margarita grille chicken with chips and salsa. Food was good service not so much. Waited 13 minutes for a refill.

Food was good, nothing spectacular from a commercial chain. But Asheboro has not many actually sitting nice restaurants besides Fast Food Joints. The Cajun chicken pasta was pretty good. Always remember to order extra sauce, they are afraid of being there for some reason

The steak was way over cooked that I couldnt even eat it. The loaded mashed potatoes only had bacon. And the molten chocolate cake didnt have the chocolate sauce. The food is normally good but the last 3 times Ive ordered, it has not, therefore I will not order chilis again.

Gave only one person caramel for the molten cake gave the others hersheys syrup instead of the original chocolate sauce that hardens. The ice cream portion they give you in a to go mini molten cake is a joke. Make sure you have your own vanilla ice cream. But as always the cake is delicious.. minus hersheys syrup. View menu

I and my mate go there today at 7:30, we got our first drink only 20 minutes after sitting. And then they would not take our order until about 40 minutes we finally have our food over 9:35 and we even ordered an appetizer, we got all our food and then our appetizer came last it wasn't even fresh it was cold we hardly got any refills of waiters never came and checked on us we asked to speak with a manager, she said no one was there, you can just go. It won't go back.

If you place a take away order you will probably not get all of your order. Don 't bother calling to tell them your order was incorrect. They do not care. Don 't ask to talk to a manager either. They 're too busy to talk to a customer. I suppose this is the kind of quality service one can expect from Chili 's. I can tell you, it really made an impression for me. The parts of my order that I did get were good. At least the kitchen staff did a good job. Thank you kitchen staff.
