"Going to Chili's for baby back ribs used to be a treat to look forward to instead of paying premium prices for a horrid dining experience. Where to begin, the only pleasant part about the visit was being promptly greeted and seated by the hostess. The service was marginal, at best; and this, when the restaurant was not busy. It seems that they now water down the salsa if you order chips and salsa; either that, or they don't bother to stir it before they serve it and just tell you that all the batches are like that. I've visited other Chili's, in the past, where the salsa looks like salsa and not some watery swill they skimmed off the top. I ordered a smokehouse combo and paid extra for ribs. Food presentation, when my meal did arrive, was sad to poor at best. The only thing that looked inviting and appetizing was the street corn. I only took a couple of bites from the ribs but decided to take them home and doctor them up to make them edible because I did pay extra for them. It also took forever to pay for the meal. If this Chili's is an accurate representation of what this restaurant now is, I shall not be returning to a Chili's, ever, and will delete the Chili's app from my phone. I can think of less expensive ways to have an unpleasant evening, thank you."

Really Wanted something else, but settled for just a bacon burger! Seems like it was rushed and undercooked!Food: 2/5

Waited almost an hour for our food and server seemed annoyed when we kept asking about it. We had plans that we were late to because of wait time after we ordered. Half of food was also not correct when we received but we didn't end up complaining because of how late we already were.Food: 2/5

Chilis is one of those places that do not seem to change much, but if it does, it is not for better. It has gone steadily for 5 years, and although my wife and I have gone every year, we decided this year that we have finally finished. Prices up, service down, quality down, quantity down and atmosphere down... we have no reason to go back.

I had lunch at this restaurant yesterday. We had to wait at the door as there was no hostess in sight, so we sat at the bar. There were only a few other customers sitting there. The service was not up to par, but the food was good. I cannot give a 5-star rating when the service could have been better. The restaurant was not busy enough to warrant such subpar service.

I love going to restaurants decorated for vacation, but this chili had no decorations. Not even a tree. Boo. The Chili bowl I ordered was loaded with tortilla chips and crushed cheese. So half the bowl was tortilla chips cheese and the other half was chili. Not really a bowl chili. But the chili was good and the waiters were very friendly and very attentive. I really like it when restaurants are decorated for vacation. Will not go to Chili next year. View menu

Many employees are not very willing to go above and beyond in their jobs. During my son's fiancé's son's 10th birthday celebration at this restaurant, I asked two employees if they could sing him happy birthday. They seemed hesitant at first, but eventually the host came back to our table and explained that they typically don't do that due to potential disturbance to other customers. Despite this, after some discussion, our waitress and two other employees surprised us by singing happy birthday to the boy, much to his delight. It was heartwarming to see their efforts to make his birthday extra special. Thank you for the sweet gesture.

Not many employees want to do more than they have to do at any work. My son Fiance's son had his 10 yesterday. Birthday and I asked two employees to sing happy birthday. You just looked at me like it was a little weird to ask. The host went back to the table about ten minutes later, after the second time I asked and said they didn't do that anymore. I said, why? It's for a 10-year-old boy. The host said it was because it could bother or annoy other people. I said, okay. He left. We discussed it about 5 minutes when our waitress and 2 other staff went to sing him happy birthday. The smile on this 10-year-old boy made us all happy. It was great to see that others want to make a 10-year-old boy...

"I know some other boba places can be pretty disappointing, and while their service might not be the best, the staff here is definitely attractive. Some shops charge exorbitant prices for boba, but here you can grab a drink for just $3.50. Sure, Barbi splurged on enhancements and spent a fortune on spa treatments, but if you're wondering, did he really just say that? Head to Baytown and check out the drinks at Tea City! My experience wasn’t perfect, though. The place felt a bit worn down, both inside and out, but it's spacious with plenty of tempting options, and some of the staff are genuinely good-looking. However, most of the employees seemed uninterested in serving me, and one guy in particular had an odd, competitive attitude, making fun of my outfit or snapping pictures without a hint of friendliness. I didn’t let it bother me too much, but still, a bubble tea shop should welcome questions and orders. I've encountered unkind people before, so I’m used to it, but that doesn't mean I won't speak up when it happens. The drinks, though, are really good; I would have rated them 4 stars for the Honeydew Milk Tea if the service had been a bit friendlier. Just be careful not to puncture your cup, or things might get messy! A spilled boba drink can turn the floor and your shoes sticky, and cleaning up can be tricky. Once freshly spilled, it can make the ground quite slippery, almost like a scene from an Antifa protest, and you might find yourself in a precarious situation like Langdon in Vatican City. Getting creamy boba on you can leave quite a mess, and if OJ wears his gloves here, it might just raise some eyebrows. That said, the boba is delightful—I'm addicted, just like Whitney—and it has a reputation for being as good as what Biggie would enjoy. Drinking it feels amazing, like the best experience ever, even if it leaves me feeling a bit piggy, and despite the chilly service, I keep coming back for more. So here's to the tasty treats at Tea City!"

"Came here to get luscious grilled chicken sandwiches and waffle fries. When I went to order, the person that shall remain nameless treated me as if I was incompetent, unintelligent, dull-witted and mentally challenged. I civilly asked for extra-medium waffle fries and was treated in that manner. I asked for nine sandwiches and fries and was questioned and doubted if I seriously ordered that quantity. I was furious, incandescent, outraged, infuriated and inflamed. I proceeded to the window and that’s a the well respected and educated man named NATE greeted me. I complimented him on his clothing manner and told him that if he wore khakis, he’d look like Jake from State Farm. He laughed politely. I then asked if they were open to on Thanksgiving and replied that they weren’t, then implied that if he had a say, he would open on Thanksgiving to serve a well humored man such as I. That’s when I asked for his name and shook his hand. He complied and returned the same treatment. I then questioned who supplies their chicken, he didn’t know. I then stated that they should switch their supplier to me because I give good c*ck (I’ll provide a picture). He took a look and agreed that I have good c*ck. Mans understood my humor and complied. He ordered me to pull up to the white line and I thanked him and he passionately said “my pleasure” unlike all the other workers that say it because they’re ordered too. NATE is a very respectable, impeccable, charming, gifted young man. He deserves a raise or a promotion and national recognition for his outstanding manners !"
