"Honestly, I love Chuy's and this location has always provided great service and great food. The salsa was kind of a new style tonight with huge chunks of fresh tomato and was wonderful! And the creamy ranch style sauce as good as usual. I ordered the Baja Grilled Shrimp Tacos and was really pleased with the flavor of the shrimp and the slaw. The tortillas were soft and fresh. Also had to get the Tres Leches cake as the last time I was here, the cake was so incredibly good! It was different tonight than last time, but equally good. Huge slice of cake which is enough to split among 2 or 3 people, maybe even 4. The plate was covered in a smooth fresh whipped cream, and cake drizzled in dulce de leche with sliced strawberries. The strawberries weren't very red or pretty and looked a bit unripe, but actually had really nice flavor. And of course the cake itself was very moist and saturated with the cold milk. I also love the decor at all the Chuy's, but today was the first time we were seated in the room with all the hub caps on the ceiling. It was fun looking at all the styles. Also fun seeing so many framed photos of dogs on the walls. Just a really fun place with great food and an excellent value for what you pay."

I personally have never had Mexican food done this good unless I was in Mexico. The General Manager and her staff are top notch and the food. Well I left nothing on my plate. Can't wait to get back to Humble Texas just for your food. And yes I'm bringing Buffalo Trace with me as a gift.

Service was friendly and fast. Everything we ordered was super good. I recommend the beef fajita burrito with their boom-boom sauce. Tres leches cake was a winner too. Its actually a HUGE slice. I forgot to take picture until after i devoured 90 of it.Atmosphere was sports fan friendly with big tvs everywhere.

Went with my “Go To” and ordered Flautas., which I would give an 7/10. They tasted good, but a little chewy. However, beans and rice were a 1/10. Little to no flavor and what flavor they did have tasted very stale and strange. Chips that came out first were also stale. Salsa and green sauce were not too bad. For the first time trying this restaurant. It started out great. The manager greeted us at our table, even found that it was our 1st time, so he gave us a sauce sampler. Which was very nice of him. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. And I might just come back again. But don't have your family tell them it's your birthday. They will embarrass the s%#t out of you, and this was a 5 star rating, but I deducted 4 stars because of that. Have a good day!

I visited here on a business trip recently with a group of 12. They seated us within 10 minutes which was nice because almost of us had an early flight that day from home. We were waited on very quickly and brought chips and two kinds of dips, a salsa that tasted freshly made and a ranch dip. Both were tasty and the chips were fresh. The server brought us more chips without asking. I had the Elvis Presley Memorial Plate which I had to try because of the name. It was really good and I couldn’t finish it all.
