"This place used to be customer oriented, friendly, happy staff who made your dining experience enjoyable. Those standards are gone! From the time you walk in, they have a young girl running the register who doesn 't know how to smile and could care less about your experience or providing good service. I had a previous incident with the same girl who took it upon herself to 'add up ' to my original tip amount. She was inconvenienced when I ask for a receipt. It 's been months since I 've been back but my recent experience was the same, very disappointing. The guy answering the phone for my to-go order, couldn 't understand a simple question in English. Coupled with the rude greeting I recieved when picking up my order is unacceptable. I felt like I was an inconvenience instead of a valued customer. Dont get me started on never getting a detailed receipt. Sadly, I do not see any redemption or effort being made to change. We will not be going back."

"Have been here the last two mornings for their quiche and coffee. Lovely setting in an old building, and the fall still allows for outdoor seating. In the two mornings we shared the sausage and green chili and the feta, spinach, grilled tomato quiches. One morning, the pumpkin scone was enjoyed. The lattes we enjoyed were first class delicious and flavorful. I think even the alchemists would find this coffee brew a mysterious wonder. Pros Excellent coffee and food. Generous portions. Reasonably priced. Friendly staff. Moderately COVID conscious. Cons Not a lot of mask wearing inside though seating is limited. If you are in a hurry note their excellent coffee takes time."

"burgers are very good eating is very good if they don't make it out to order by phone, then I would recommend it. but they have to order by phone and if they cannot hear them or they cannot hear them. or they don't have a phone. they will not be served. the first time I was there, it was great, but this time was not worth the effort. I may be back if/if the order is easier."

"I recently visited this restaurant a few times and I have noticed a decline in the service since my first visit. I have experienced unfriendly staff at the front desk, escorting to tables, and difficulty in finding a server to pay for my meal. During my most recent visit for a pickup order, I was not notified when my takeout was ready and the staff seemed indifferent about it. Additionally, they rushed through the checkout process, leaving me unable to use my rewards. I was also disappointed to learn that certain side dishes were more expensive than others when I was offered alternatives due to the restaurant being out of fries. Overall, I have been left feeling unsatisfied with my recent experiences at this restaurant."
