"New Year's Day 2024... We arrived at around 10 AM to find the restaurant bustling with customers. Anticipating a long wait, I was pleasantly surprised when my wife and I were seated immediately. Our server, Anastasia, was exceptional. Despite the busy environment, she managed everything efficiently, professionally, and with a cheerful demeanor. She provided excellent suggestions for our meal selections. I’d like to commend the management and entire staff for their hard work on this holiday morning. It was impressive to witness their teamwork in delivering an outstanding dining experience. Great job!"

I received my fish grilled but not properly cooked, so I had to wait quite a while for a replacement. By the time my meal arrived, my children were almost done with theirs, and I ended up eating my carrots while waiting for my bread. The pinto beans had been sitting out for a long time and were overly thick and muddy in texture. On a positive note, the waitress was good. When I asked her about another side dish, I mistakenly thought she hadn't brought it out at first.

I witnessed one of your staff members truly going above and beyond today. An elderly woman needed help choosing a gift for a wedding she was attending, but her arthritis made it difficult for her to pick up and examine the items. A young man from your team kindly stepped in, demonstrating remarkable patience and kindness. I was genuinely impressed by his efforts. I even took a photo of him helping her with her purchase to her car. You are lucky to have such a compassionate young employee on your team.
