"The Cracker Barrel chain is always a must visit when we 're traveling in the States. The kids love the atmosphere and the gift shop, and there 's something for everyone on the menu. A bottle of Stewart 's root beer is a staple on these occasions. This particular visit, we had very friendly service (as usual). Our server was attentive, even while busy, and took care of anything we brought to her attention quickly. Food was very tasty, though I was really surprised by the size of the country sides: they were tiny! When I ordered steak fries, I didn 't expect to be able to count the number of fries on my plate (10, folks there were 10). My son 's side of mashed potatoes that he ordered a la carte were in a 4 oz bowl and cost $2.99. He said they were amazing, and apologized to me for ordering them when he saw how small they were. We were both surprised. Hiccups and shrinkflation aside, Cracker Barrel still delivers on what we expect in taste, atmosphere and service."

For having been open only an hour it was amazing how filthy the floor was. Bathrooms needed cleaning as well. While wandering in the shopping area my shoes literally stuck to the floor. The place needs a good scrubbing in my opinion. View menu

The food was delicious; however, the place needed to be cleaned! There was hair on our table, food on the chairs, and the floor was sticky. Bathrooms needed to be cleaned. I know it was very busy, yet having a clean place to eat is important.

Overrated! Took so long to get our food. Was cold when we got it. The waitress was super warm and nice to us. And it was genuine! Noticed- all waiting personnel were black, all cashier personnel were white. I notice these things, because they affected my upbringing.
