"Absolutely delightful and incredibly creamy! There were so many options to choose from. I took my daughter and my father's two grandchildren, and he gladly picked up the bill! Three of us ordered rolled ice cream, while two opted for cups. (In one of the photos, I had already taken a bite because it looked so tempting that I almost forgot to snap a picture.) The ice cream was delicious! We could have easily shared because the portions are HUGE! For the rolled ice cream, you start by picking a base (there's even a lactose-free option) and then select from a variety of recipes, adding two toppings of your choice. They also offer milkshakes, sundaes, and bowls or cups. We ended up staying for two hours, enjoying our desserts, sharing stories, and chatting. It was such a lovely place to relax and enjoy our meal! I didn't get the name of the girl who served us—maybe she was one of the owners? Regardless, she was incredibly sweet and went above and beyond to help us; her kindness was as delightful as the ice cream itself!"

The ice cream was amazing! The lady who was working was an absolute pro. She had very long nails, but still managed her scoops and was able to make rolls like a master! The space was very well taken care of and extremely clean.

We had rolled ice cream. 3 stars because the presentation and the show of rolling the ice cream was cool. But, the quality and the taste was subpar. I love creamy, thick ice cream, and this was not it. You could barely taste the mix-ins, because there was so little of it. Very meh . This place is mostly for the experience of watching ice cream get rolled in my opinion.

This restaurant offers a diverse menu, a clean environment, and plenty of seating for diners. As a first-time visitor to Cream Cones, I can confidently say that my family will be returning. The owner was prompt, professional, and courteous. We placed an order for a family of four, and the total came to around $25, not including tips. Cream Cones is just about like all other ice cream/yogurt shops. The difference in this one is it?s just about the only rolled ice cream shop left in the Birmingham area. We find them, we try them, and then they close ?. Anyhow, the rolled ice cream at Cream Cones is super super expensive! For the same portion that would cost $5 or $6 elsewhere, is $8 at Cream Cones. The mix ins seemed a tad off as well. They all seemed to follow a fruity theme. I tend to gravitate toward items such as Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Fruit Pebbles, and Oreos. They did have Oreos but not the other two. I like condensed milk as a topping but you can?t get it?s here either. It was a decent shop to enjoy some rolled ice...
