This place is incredible! The flavors are outstanding, and everything is made to order. Just sit back, relax, and savor the amazing tastes! I tried the white mocha and Belgian waffle, and they were the best coffee and waffle I've had in a long time. Absolutely delicious!

Crepe Bistro deserves well beyond five stars! The food is unbelievably delicious. The atmosphere, the manager, and the chef all exude positive vibes, and I absolutely love it. The staff are incredibly friendly and respectful. I’m so glad I discovered this gem, and I will definitely be returning for more Nutella crepes! ✨

The best Creperie in Charlotte. My favorite is Cowboy crepe, i also love their sandwiches like Your Italy Panini. If you want real European coffee this is your place to go. Its a great spot for Sunday brunch, make sure to make a reservation since theyget really busy. Cozy atmosphere and a great service. Can't wait to come back! View menu

What a charming and delightful crepe place in Matthews! I ordered the French Strawberry Cheesecake crepe, while my sister chose the Nutella crepe, and both were absolutely delicious and generously sized! The food was fresh and flavorful, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I will definitely be returning to Crepe Bistro to sample more of their offerings! I highly recommend it—10/10!

This place is very slow. They even have a sign up warning you, but unfortunately I didn’t see the sign in time. I came in by myself and ordered just one crepe and it took 40 minutes. Crepe was very average, not worth such a long wait. I realize this isa made to order place, like the sign says, but I have been to several other made to order crepe places that get your food to youin 10-15 minutes.

What a wonderful creperie! We took my mom for brunch. She and I are gluten intolerant (not celiac) and ordered FOUR gluten free crepes: The Monte Cristo with ham and cheese, the Turkey and goat cheese, the Nutella banana and the blueberry cheesecake. Myhusband ordered a regular Monte Cristo. We had plenty of leftovers! Everything was so good. Mom was excited about espresso. Mychai tea latte was lovely. I was in search of a thematic and delicious meal this fall, and I discovered Crepe Bistro! This is without a doubt the best crepe spot in Charlotte, crafted with passion, warmth, and care. The pumpkin crepe was precisely what I was craving—sweet and earthy, thanks to the walnuts, pumpkin, and maple syrup. It was an amazing combination of flavors. I also ordered a white mocha to go with it, and I was not disappointed. The coffee was high quality, and the balance between the mocha and coffee was spot on. It tasted perfect. 10/10. I will definitely be returning for more from their menu!

I was looking for something thematic and delicious to eat this fall, and I stumbled upon Crepe Bistro! Its hands down the best crepe place in Charlotte, made with passion, warmth and care, their pumpkin crepe was exactly what I was looking for, being bothsweet and earthy due to the walnuts, pumpkin and the maple syrup which overall was a amazing combination of flavors. I alsoordered a white mocha to go alongside and was not disappointed, the coffee was of high quality, the proportions between mochaand coffee we’re on point and it tasted perfectly. 10/10.
