"What I appreciate about Culver's chain restaurants is the consistent quality of the food, and this visit was no different. We utilized the drive-thru for our order, and the staff was friendly and courteous. Our food was brought out to us, as it's always made to order. The fries were clearly freshly made and served piping hot. The burgers and chicken sandwiches were well assembled, with all the hot components at the right temperature and the cool items fresh and crisp. We look forward to returning in the summer!"

I went to the drive through and they took forever, then gave me someone else’s food, luckily the person behind me got mine and we swapped but just to find out they forgot items from my order and messed my order up. Not cool

Not impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant. Order was wrong, staff not very friendly or professional looking. In the drive through, often have to wait at the speaker to order until the staff tends to the person at the window, when I worked there we were taught to multitask to speed up the process of everything!

I ordered a butter burger with bacon, specifying only ketchup, mayo, and lettuce. Instead, I received it with onions and pickles that I didn't request. The service was excessively slow, taking about 15 minutes, although they did offer us coupons for free ice cream, which was a nice gesture. The food here is pretty good, and the service is quick and attentive. I like the French fries, and also that they have fruit choices to put on your Sundae. This location can get very busy, particularly on Sundays from late morning through late afternoon when Church gets out and it fills up with large families. Literally fills up, and has a line to the door. I would not recommend going during this time.

Terrible service. We waited a long time for our food and saw many others get their orders before us. We approached the counter a couple of times, and all we heard was that they were "short-staffed in the kitchen" and that our food "was coming," yet multiple staff members appeared to be just hanging out. After waiting at least 40 minutes for our meal, we asked again and were informed that they had lost our ticket. I certainly will not be coming back to this location.
