"I went through drive-through and ordered 2 Blizzards. One was specifically ordered “No Strawberry”. It was very clear on the receipt. I had to get back in the drive- through line (7 cars ahead of me) to get my order corrected. The person at the window was put out that I asked for my order to be corrected. He took my receipt and the incorrect Blizzard. He showed the manager who rolled her eyes and had them make my order correctly. It was handed to me with ice cream dripping down the outside of the cup . No apology for the mistake or the inconvenience! What a pain!! It will be quite a while before I return or recommend this DQ to anyone. . ."

4 people order after me. Their orders were similar to mine, They all got their orders before I got mine. I had to ask where my order was. They said I was next. That is so wrong.

Ordered a blizzard and it was served sloppy and not upside down and when I mentioned to the drive thru worker that it wasn’t served upside down and the next one should be free she laughed and said “not all locations follow that rule.” I pointed out that it’s on THEIR drive thru sign and it false advertising to not follow through with this advertising. Just take the sign down then Shakopee DQ- there’s a lot of other options out there for ice cream that don’t lie to their customers.

We come here normally once a week to get our daughter a treat. Normally other than a somewhat slow drive through, everything is good. But when we went today they messed up what I ordered and when I mentioned it at the window, the girl just shrugged it off and said sorry. But wouldn’t correct the issue, normally wouldn’t care but it was one of the few things I do not like. When 3 things cost 20$ now a days, it’s just frustrating to not get what you asked for. Might be time to start going somewhere else
